What do you think of this saying, "Possessions rot, rust, and decay but compassion lasts forever"? What is the meaning of "give and take"? Is there something valuable that you always take with you? What is it? Where did you get it? Why did you get it? Do you still find it useful, interesting or entertaining?

The most valuable thing I have ever had has been my gold rosary. The most valuable thing someone gave me was my car. This saying is actually true. A sign of appreciation for the person that gave me something and at the same way I give something to someone to show my appreciation for that person. My iPhone is something I always take with me. I got it at the store. I got it because I have always had Android phones, so I wanted to try an iPhone. I don't find it interesting anymore, but I still find it useful.

I have several valuable things for me, but the most important is a gold chain that my grandmother give to my mom when she came from a special trip to Italy. This chain was important because it was from generation to generation .I will keep it until the day I have my children and continue the tradition. To me I like to keep everything that people give me as a gift. I still keep a bracelet I always put what I'm going to have a race.

The most valuable things that I ever had were my car and jewelry. The most valuable thing anyone has ever given me is the car that my husband got me for my birthday. I think the quote means that anything you do with compassion will last forever and anything that you do not do with compassion wont last. I agree with the quote "give and take" because when people give you gifts, you have to give them something in return. Yes, there is always something Valuable I take with me and it's my wedding ring, I wear it everyday. My husband gave it to me for our wedding, I still find it useful because its the symbol or the ring that represents my love to my husband.

The most valuable things that I’ve ever had are books from my grandma with recipes, gold ring and copper samovar from 1875. The most valuable thing that my parents gave me is silver cutlery. I think that this saying “ Possessions rot, rust, and decay but compassion lasts forever “ means that possession is not that important as compassion is, because compassion lasts longer. The meaning of the “give and take” means the good exchange or agreement from both sides to switch something. The valuable thing that I always carry around with me is neckless with the cross, which my husband gave to me. It is the most valuable thing because it protects me from all the bad things. I still find this neckless very useful, because it is a gift from my husband and it helps me with everything I do.

The most valuable thing that I have ever had is my car. And I remember in my birthday my father gave me some golden necklace. It was beautiful and I liked it very much. Actually I am totally with this saying ( possessions rot, rust, and decay but compassion lasts forever). I have some bracelet that my mom gave it to me when I was three-year-old. Until now I have this bracelet because it means a lot for me. And everywhere I go I bring it with me. I think it always will be useful and interesting for me because there is my name on it and it's the first gift that I had also it's from a special person. I believe that the gift is in its moral value not in its material value.

The most valuable thing that I have ever had is my jewelry. When I started school my mom gave me some necklace it is really the most wonderful gift that I have ever had. Of course I agree with this saying it is really true. I have a ring that my grandfather gave it to me when I was fourteen years old and I still keep it with me because it is very special gift. I know it is not useful to wear anymore but I like it and when I look it I remember all the beautiful memories with my grandfather and this means a lot for me.

I had a lot of valuable things that I had in my life, but the most valuable thing I have ever had was a bicycle when I passed my first grade with good grade. We lived in a poor neighborhood and I was the first child who got a bicycle. The most valuable thing that someone gave it to me was a rosary from my father , the rosary made by stones and it's very valuable , my grand father gave it to my father and my father gave it to me and I'll give it to one of my child in the future. That saying is true, and I believe it. Give and take means a yielding and conceding on both sides; compromise, willingness to accept suggestions from another person and give up some some of your own. There are two things I always take them with me, the first one is a picture in my wallet, that is my family picture. The second one is a ring. I got it many years ago from my best friend who I have a lot of memoirs with him. That is very valuable for me.

The most value thing I ever had is a antique silver coin. My grand mother gave it to me in my birthday . When I was sixteen years old. I steal have it. But she gave it to me with one condition. She told me you never sell this coin and I never going to do that is like a family tradition I think so I'm not sure.

The most valuable thing I have ever had is my engagement ring that my husband gave me also the first toy that my god mother gave me. In my opinion this quote is very true because i would rather have my family and their love instead of any fancy can or any big diamond ring. The meaning of this is kind of like christmas you give to all your loved ones but also receive from them also. Like i said before the most valuable thing i carry around is my engagement ring that my husband gave me because its when we both took a big step in our lives to become a family and be together

Every person on earth had or have something valuable in their life. It could be simple thank you card, expensive ring from grand-grandparents. Or it can be something what you cannot touch and see but you can feel it. Feelings is most valuable things every human can have and it does not cost anything. Feelings what I have for my family and my good friends is the most valuable thing what I had and have in my life. I hope that this is clearly show what I think about the saying "Possessions rot, rust, and decay but compassion lasts forever".

my greatest treasure is my mother. When I was little , I often had bad dreams. When I woke , my mother always held me and took me into the garden for a short time. Then I could fall back to sleep again. My mother always support me and take care of me.She was the first person who shows me a real and deep love. She showed me how you can love a person more than your self. She gave me birth and she was beside me every minutes in my life. I love her and most of the time she is not my mother"s daughter I think she is my friend and I can not Imagine my life without her

There are many important values in our life, but I consider my father to be the most valuable part of my life. This is not just only because he is my father ,also he is my best friend as well, because of the unconditional love, support and trust he give me.My father is also my hero, since I can remember he was always beside me for everything, hard or easy right or wrong. After all he did for me,and never complain about what I did.In 21 century, we are all busy with our world,Internet, facebook.I never have enough time for him but he never say any thing ,he is always smile on me.When my world seems to turn upside down, the only person I can rely upon during these tough time is my father. We have to try to save our treasure as much as we can.

The most valuable thing I ever had was probably my apartment. The most valuable thing someone gave me was probably a great amount of money. I believe the saying is saying that possessions come and go, but the feeling of compassion last forever. "Give and Take" probably means that if you give, it's going to come back. Something I always carry with me is my walet. It is important, because that's where I keep all my money and my credit cards.

There was many valuable things that I own, such as my first tricycle when I was at three years old. but still the most valuable one is my first fishing row at twelve years old. the fishing pole is the most valuable, it was my birthday gift from my dad when I was at twelve years old. of course and positively 100% I agree with it, compassion it's a god gift to keep maintenance the love and peace in the humanitarian. in my opinion as much as you give help and be a positive, at the end you will harvest it .I believe the deeds are the most valuable things that you always take with you, it's very useful and interesting.

The most valuable thing I have ever had is my gold little ring because my mother gave it to me as a gift before she died. In fact, there was many valuable things that I own. For sure and positively 100% I agree with it, compassion it's a god gift to keep maintenance the love and peace in the humanitarian. Giving and receiving gifts is one of the ancient customs that have been preserved throughout time and now, in the age of modern technology, has reached its climax.I always keep my wallet because it is really important for my to keep my things in it and it's really useful.

One of the most valuable things that I ever had is probably my car. The most valuable thing that somebody gave me was my first car when I just came to America. At that time I did not have anything and one person gave me an old care but it was very valuable to me because I could drive around. The saying stated above is very true because it can disappear in a moment, but if you have love and compassion it lasts for very long time. What something valuable I always take with me is probably my phone because it is pretty expensive. The phone is not only interesting and entertaining but useful and necessary for me so people can reach me at any place.

I have a lot of valuable things, such as some jewelry from my parents and my wedding ring so I still have them. In presently, I have very valuable thing. That is the letter from my mom, because it is real written letter so she sent it from my friend 20 days ago. There are a lot of good words in my letter, such as advices and wishes. Even I often talk with my parents on the phone and online, I still save it as important treasure. I also have different kind of pictures of my family and friends. They are also very valuable for me. Sometimes I look for them and I remember such as good times in my motherland.

The most valuable things that I have ever had money can't buy. My children, grandchildren, my parents,, wife and family. The most valuable thing I have received was becoming a grandfather. I believe the phrase means possessions get old, and fade but love and compassion last forever. Well "give and take" means giving something not asking for nothing in return, but usually when you give love, help, or advise to others, it pays off, in return you have a long time friend. There is always something valuable I carry with me, is the pictures of my children in my wallet. I find it useful, because I look at it every day and they are my inspiration to continue working and going to school, to never give up.
