I usually don’t eat breakfast. I have read many articles about how important it is to eat breakfast. I love to go out to eat at restaurant. The food tastes good and you don’t have to wash dishes. It’s fast and simple. The bad part is it cost too much money.

I had rice for breakfast this morning. In last year I changed some food for my breakfast. It is pork at beef. The beef is diet meat. I don't want to be fat after pork' meat.I like to talk while having breakfast. It isn't good, but I like.Often I eat breakfast at China Buffet. I had rise and chisken. I always have time to eat what I want. For exemple, potatoes with tomatoes and porks' meat.... Ohhh... I'm hungry now!!!!!!! In Ukraine a traditional breakfast is eat bread and drink some coffe. But I like rice. Havind breakfast is important for my stomach, but sometimes I don't have time and my stomach have problems....

I had rice, egg and soup for breakfast this morning. Over the years, I fell in love with American breakfast. I usually watch news while I am having breakfast. My husband and I go out to eat breakfast once every two weeks. It has been about two weeks since I had a breakfast at a restaurant.I had egg, bacon, and hash brown. I do have time for breakfast now since I am pregnant. I heard it is the most important meal of the day, so I think it is very impotant. The traditional Korean breakfast includes rice, soup and several side dishes like kimchi.

Breakfast is an important part of your health. If you eat breakfast every day you will feel healthier than if you didn't. Especially a healthy breakfast. Usually i make my own breakfast. It's supposed be the hot cereal,some toast,omelet,sandvitch and fruits.Today,i ate an oatmeal with fruits and drank cup of coffee.But my children don't like oatmeal for them i make pancakes with cottage cheese and strawberry or sandviches, hot cocoa or juice. All the time i tried to make a healthy breakfast for my family. It's my goal.

For breakfast I am prepare very good soup. I am very like that soup. When I am eaten, I feel self-satisfied. I am take meat and roast. Put pepper in the salt kneads and roast it.Next put in the water and it boiling. Little boiling put grouts, potato, carrots and leaf. When boiled come out very good soup for breakfast.

When I lived in my country, breakfast was very important with me so I got enough healthy for work in the morning. I usually eaten breakfast with bread, eggs, noodles. But now, breakfast has been changed. I just eat some bread and drink coffee. Because I eaten breakfast at company so I had to less time. The last time, I went to Vietnamese restaurant with my family in the morning. We called some food such as noodle soup; sticky rice…The traditional breakfast in my country is Pho Hanoi (that is a noodle soup).

Today for breakfast I had coffee with milk and eat different sandwiches. I love to make hot sandwiches with cheese, ham and greens. But every time I change my breakfast. It can be oatmeal or scrambled eggs. In my country people usually like to breakfast cereal or scrambled eggs. Usually I like to cook breakfast myself. But there are a very busy day and have lunch at the cafe. Sometimes we meet with friends for breakfast at a restaurant to eat and socialize. I love breakfast, and his every day starting with breakfast. And I think that zavrak very useful for good health.

I ate fresh cooked egg, salad and drank a cup of coffee today in the morning. I think breakfast is very important for me and other people. Mostly people eat traditional breakfast in different country. But often it is omelets and cup of coffee or tea. This is really comfortable and quickly in the morning. Eggs and salad contain the necessary proteins and vitamins. Also, it gives me energy for my job and study. Sometimes I have breakfast in a restaurant. It was during travel and trips. I recently traveled to the Crimea in Ukraine, and lunch in a restaurant. It was traditional the best breakfast for me eggs, salad and drink a cup of coffee.

Usually for breakfast I eat salads or fruits. I think that this year a lot has changed; I used a breakfast drink cup of coffee and ate nothing. Now over breakfast I read the book. I do not like to eat breakfast in the restaurant because it's expensive. I always have time for breakfast. Be sure to eat breakfast because breakfast gives people energy throughout the day. Lack of breakfast is bad for the body. I do not know whether there is in my country, traditional breakfast, but I think that every man should eat for breakfast what he wants. I believe that the healthiest breakfast is fruits and vegetables.

This morning I had one of my favorite breakfast which was chocolate chip pancakes and it tasted very good. Normally, while I was in Taiwan I would eat bread and soy milk just about every morning. I don’t do anything while I eat breakfast but I see some people reading the newspaper like my uncle. A few weeks ago, my aunt and uncle took me out to eat breakfast in a restaurant and it was called Denny’s. I ate an omelet and hash browns but I didn’t think it tasted very good. I think that breakfast is very important. In Taiwan, normally I just eat bread and soy milk but sometimes we buy rice rolls or Chinese donuts which I think taste pretty good.

This morning when I woke up the first thing I smelled was a coffee followed with biscuits gravy, Sunnyside up eggs, hash brown and crispy bacon with a glass of orange juice. We talked and watch the morning news.

I had scrambled eggs and a cup of coffee for breakfast this morning. Breakfast is very important meal in our life. I usually have breakfast every morning. Breakfast gives energy for a half a day. Sometimes when we go out of town we have breakfast in a restaurant. I like to eat pancakes, scrambled eggs and cup of coffee in a restaurant for breakfast. I always have time to eat what I want for breakfast. It is very important to have healthy breakfast for your healthy life. In my country usually people have eggs, sandwiches or oatmeal for breakfast. It is not bad because it is healthy for you.

Today I had a cup of coffee and sandwich for breakfast. I usually eat sandwiches with cheese, ham and cucumbers or tomatoes. Also, I like to eat scrambled eggs or oatmeal for breakfast. My everyday breakfast meal is a usual coffee and bread. If im lucky my sisiters usually leave pancakes every Wednesday mornings before going to school. But if i werent to lazy i would love to make me some steak, eggs, pancackes and some homemade orange juice but once again im lazy. So i just stick with the same American tradition, donuts and coffee.

This morning, for breakfast, I had milk and cereals. With rare exceptions I usually eat for breakfast milk and cereals. I eat breakfast in a restaurant only when I am in vacation, so I’m not home and I don’t have the possibility to prepare it by myself. I never skip my breakfast. I think that breakfast is good for my health, but people are different. For example, my husband never eats breakfast and he is healthy too. His breakfast is always two cups of coffee. In my country, people have different breakfasts. Some people like scramble eggs and bacon for breakfast. Some people like butter, bread and tee. Modern people like milk and cereals. In fact milk and cereals is easier to prepare. As you can see, there are different people so different kind of breakfasts

This morning I have for breakfast tea and cookies. My breakfast changes, sometimes I have cereals with milk for my breakfast, sometimes I have tee or coffee with cookies or with sandwiches. I like to talk with my family while I am having my breakfast. I do not like go to the restaurant for the breakfast because when I at home I can talk with whole my family but it never happened in the restaurant because somebody needs to go somewhere little bit early. Maybe month ago I was in the restaurant for breakfast. I always have time to eat what I want for my breakfast . I think that breakfast is important detail in our health, we need to have breakfast because it help our stomach to be in good condition. I do not know any tradition for breakfast in my country but I know our whole family had breakfast together in country that I lived like right now.

As I know breakfast is the most important think in the day.I think that is true because when you eat in the morning you get energy for whole day,and also it is much more better to have breakfast for our health.But judging on myself I know that usually I don't want eat in the morning.I prefer to drink only coffee.In my cuntry we have only coffee with some sandwich for breakfast.The biggest meals we have for dinner and supper,but as I know it's bad because we shouldn't have anything for supper.So I'd like to change my schedule because my present schedule is wrong because breakfast is more important than dinner or supper.

When I eat breakfast;I watch TV.Yes, I eat breakfast in a restaurant .The last time I were at a restaurant for breakfast was Saturday 11th 2/2012.I have hamburger and milk.I don't always have time to eat what I want for breakfast. Having breakfast is very important for healthy and hard working.A traditional breakfast in my country is "Enjera". Most people uses "Enjera" with meat in my country.

I wake up at five o'clock in the morning five days a week.My jobs starts at six o'clock. I have breakfast at eight o'clock.Today I had rice with meetbals and cucumber for breakfast. My breakfast usually changes ewery day. I never eat breakfast in a restoutant. I always have time to eat breakfast because I have breaktime at my work. I think breakfast,lunch,and dinner are important for our health, it depengs what food you eat. In my country traditional breakfast are eggs, oatmeal,tea or coffee.

Every morning I eat breakfast before go to my job and when I stay home. I love prepare breakfast is easy and fast. Every morning I ate hot oatmeal is part of my diet. Today I prepared ham and eggs, wheat bread and coffee. Past the time I change my habits because I need loose weight I eat healthy food. Is rarely when I eat breakfast in the restaurant? Take breakfast is the best food in a day to your body.

This morning I had eggs for breakfast. I always have eggs for breakfast, since I was a little kid. While having breakfast I usually just sit. I always eat breakfast at home, never at a restaurant... I never have time. I usually have time for breakfast, but if I don’t then I eat later at lunch. I think having breakfast is very important because u need energy in the morning and having breakfast in the morning gets your digestive system to start working. Also in my country, a traditional breakfast is mostly eggs or bread with jam.
