Did you drive a car in your country? If yes, which side of the road did you drive on? Were the road signs different? Were the drivers in your country good drivers? Do you know anything about repairing or maintaining a car? What do you know how to do? Where did you learn how to do this? Do you enjoy repairing cars? What are some things you do to maintain your car? Do you prefer driving or riding public transportation? What kind of car do you prefer?

I did not drive a car in my country but i had driver license. Road signs are a bit different and not all of the drivers were good drivers. I know a lot about repairing and maintaining a car. I learned how to do that from my friend Ivan Georgiu. I know how to repair almost every part of a car. To maintain my car i always keep it clean, change the oil, buy new tires, repaint, etc. I don't like driving public transportation. I prefer riding trucks.

I didn't drive a car in my country, because there is a lot of traffic on the roads. The pedestrians do not respect the traffic. The signs of traffic are very similar to here, but the roads are smaller and need more maintenance. I know nothing of mechanics, my husband is a mechanic and he is the one that fix. Here I have to drive, because public transport is very little, in my country it is more convenient to use the public transport by the traffic. I prefer the vans that have a large space, and are very comfortable to carry things.

In my country, I dreamed to drive a car, I even learned how to drive a car but I did not have car. In my country, it is a luxury to have a car and could buy only the rich people. Also, parts and fuel are expensive. Just came to America, my dream had come true and I'm happy that I can drive a car. I enjoy driving a car because it fast easy and convenient to doing my daily activities.

I have the Ukrainian driver license, but I drove a car very little there. In Ukraine drivers use the right side of the road, too. In Ukraine, as in other European countries, the road signs are the same as in California. In Ukraine the good drivers were many years ago, but they had to study in a traffic school for six months. I do not anything about repairing or maintaining a car. My son-in-law changes the oil and fills my car with gasoline. When I lived in San-Francisco, I use the subway, trolley, and tram there. They were comfortable for me, but now I prefer driving a car. I have Honda Civic - the most popular car among Japanese students (so say my son-in-law).

I drove car about 5 years in my country. My husband and I share our car, because it was very expensive and we did not enough spice for kipped on the parking in my country. Driving in my city was very hard and terrible because the streets were very crowded and small. The sings were very low and bad but here street and sings are nice also. I don’t know anything about car and repair also .But I plan to soon learn. I think learning is necessary.

I drove the car in their own country, but went very badly, because very few where we had to go. We had a small town, so it was within walking distance. Already learned to drive a car well, when I came to the United States. In the beginning was very afraid, but now I am not afraid.
