It's not always necessary to complain about a product or service that you're not happy about. You should complain only if it's something that passed all borderlines. The saying "The customer is always right." is not true, and I am sure that some costumers abuse that power. I've gotten angry at a worker in a restaurant couple of times but I never complained. I prefer to make a complaint in person. It is common in your my country to complain about bad service.

I do not like to complain about products and especially about services. Even if my food at a restaurant is not perfect, I understand that we are all humans. I know how hard it is to work as a chef or a waiter, and there are many customers with different needs. I do not believe I have ever complained, but I think the only reason is if there is a health or safety issue. Then I would quietly ask the waiter what he can do.I do not believe people in my country complain about products or services.

I usually do not complain about bad service or bad products because my husband always asks to replace or exchange the product. For bad service in a restaurant , he just does not give a tips. He says, that he is paying for a quality product and should get it. If the staff does not do a good job, they just steal people's money.

I believe that people should complain about something that they aren't happy with it. I went to the restaurant last week they have a good customer service and I appreciate them because they make me feel happy and smile.in the other hand, one time the food that I ordered was cold, so I complain about and led them know that they need to fix the problem to have a more customer. I prefer to make a complaint by person because I think, it have a better result.
