Is exercise (walking, running, jogging) important to you? What is the difference between somebody who doesn't exercise from a person who exercises regularly? How many hours of sleep does a person need daily? Do you go to bed and wake up at the same time every day? What time? Do you sometimes find yourself under stress? What do you worry about the most: work, family, school, children, etc? How can a person reduce stress and be happier?

Any kind of the physical activity is important. I do a lot of walking, some running. I wish that I would have more time for running But unfortunately the time is what I don't have. Well, the difference between people who exercise and who don't is huge. It could vary from the physical to mental effects. People who exercises is more happier in life than people who don't. Physical side of this could be like that they have less weight and other health issues. Because of this and other reasons exercises are important to me.

The exercise is very important for me . I think the people who exercise are more healthy than the people who don't like to .The people need eight hours to sleep every day. I go to sleep at nine o'clock except the days went go to school and I wake up at six o'clock. most of the time I am stressed but I walk it off. A lot of things stress me but mostly my oldest son.

Yes it’s very important for the health and weigh. Running or walking its keeps you healthy it’s very obvious when you see a person with the athletic body no doubt about he is running or walking daily and when you see a fat person you already have the answer. The Persons who use to do exercises regularly they are healthier and they live longer than the persons who does not exercising daily. The studies says the average of hours of sleep does a person need daily is eight hours. To me it’s never happened that I go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.

Exercise is very important for me for health reasons. I think there is a difference between a person who practices sports or who do not exercise regularly, because the sport is very important to human health. Everyone needs eight hours of sleep a day. I did not have a certain time to go to bed or wake up in the morning, because every day I have something specific as I am doing my time. More often woke up at nine in the morning, even if you are late in the evening to go to bed. Downright Without doubt find myself under a lot of Stress especially because I am responsible for everything, family, study, and the responsibility of my granddaughter. I do not know how underestimate of this tension, I think that life is very difficult and full of tension and anxiety, I hope to get the comfort and happiness.

It is very important for the all people in any age, to exercise when they have free time, at least for a half an hour four times a week, you will have a good energy and you will be more healthy and away from sickness. A lot of people need to sleep at least eight hours daily,some times i don,t go to the bed the same time in evening,it depends on the situation which i,m in it. when i feel stress, i ease it by thinking and solve the problems in any way i could, or leave it to the fate if i could not solve it, and you must have a good faith in god and relay on god any where you go .

have you ever play a sports ? I do. but not any kind of sport.as you know, do exercises every day, or at least three times a week are so important for our health ,it's activates circulation ,there is a difference between those who play sports on a regular basis and those who don't.For me walking is the best. it's easy ,give me energy and power, I like to walk three days a week in the afternoons ,but the really hard for me is go to gym and do the exercise ,I'll get tired when I do that .In fact I put a plan to my self to be in a good health sleep early around ten maximum at eleven and eat a healthy food included vegetables, fruit as much as I can and walk.at this way make my self very comfortable.but even that I get stress some times, and this is normal because so many things in this life I worry about it, but the most important thing is my children. I want to be always a good example for them to see them are good people in the community, and a good parents in the future ,also I have to be an open mined to absorb them.

Exercising is very important to me even though I don't excercise. People who exercise are so much healthier and athletic than the people who don't exercise.People need at least 8 hours of sleep to wake up healthy and to get enough sleep. I always go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time with my children. I always worry about my children and their schools because I always have to pick them up on times but they go to different schools which is hard for me.

Exercise is important to be a healthy person it doesn't matter what kind exercise you do, I try to do exercise every time I can't sometimes I don't have time my favorites exercises are jogging and lift weighs. I think a person who does exercise has more energy than a person doesn't. But is important to have a good night to sleep and recover his energy I usually sleep 6 or 7 hours but weekends I sleep a lot

Yes,of course for me or for everyone the exercise is important thing to be good health,like walk,run because these Activities help me to be healthy and no be tired anymore.I think the different between person make exercise and person doesn't do exercise is be healthy more then person doesn't do it.I sometimes go to the bed early not very often,but I wake up early every morning.Yes, I do sometimes I found my self under the stress,when I have many things to do.I think can you be not under the stress,if you do something of a lot things you have,that maybe help you to not be under the stress.

Exercising is so important to me to stay healthy and in shape.It's not only important to me, but it's also important to everybody because everybody should stay healthy. There are a lot of differences from somebody who exercises and from somebody who doesn't. For example people who exercise are much healthier and in shape. I think people should at least get 8-9 hours of sleep. I always wake up early and at the same time because i am used to waking up early. I am always stressed about school and school homework, but I try not to worry and be happier

Physical exercise is very important for everybody. It turned out physical activity prevented high weight and heart disease and diabetes. And it may prevent depression. Health care providers said physical exercise prevents drugs. After exercise everybody need a rest and sleep. Most often people sleep eight hours, depend on age and activity the times of sleep is different. I wake up early morning mostly, and I sleep late. In this day everybody has stress to how figure out his responsibility. The work, family school, children is the most important for adults. Everybody has to do physical exercise or at list walking daily to keep on fit.

Actually, the exercise is so important to me like walking and playing football.Exercise and sport makes our bodies healthy and lithe, but if we don't do exercise at all our bodies will be fat and our health will so bad. The sleep is so important for us, and the average oh hours that our bodies need are seven hours daily. For me there is not a specific time that I go to the bed, sometimes I slept at 10:00 pm especially when I be so tired, and sometimes I go to bed at 12:00 am. When I have a lot of homework or work I be so tired and under stress. The most thing that I worry about is my college because it is my future. I always want to do my best in the classes. But I be so happy when I finish all my homework, and I have a free time to do my hobbies.

Exercises are important to me. The difference between people who doesn’t exercise from a person who exercises regularly is in health, shape and appropriate weight. Exercises make person more organized. Person needs 8 hours of sleep daily. Unfortunately, I don’t go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. I go to sleep at 10 pm or 11 pm, and I wake up at 7 or 8 am. Sometimes I feel myself under stress. I worry the most about the school. The person can reduce stress and be happier by getting enough of sleep, more relaxing time, and enjoying your life.

I think exercises is really important for every human. Exercises will make the body more active and will gives the body the energy to do everything and to live more. Sports in general will keep the body healthy.However, if you don't exercise your body will be really lazy and your body will get more fat as well and that's not good at all. I guess every human body need a 7 hours of sleep but not more than 8 hours. I don't have a specific time to go to bed. Sometimes i go to bed really early when I'm tired, sometimes I go to bed late if I don't have anything to do. There's a lot of stress that I feel, probably because I'm a full time student and I also have a job as well, So it's really hard to do homework and go and work but i'm trying to do my best in order to learn. Any person have different way to reduce stress, about me I like to relax and take a shower and go to sleep.

Yes, exercise is very important to me. I like to walk and run. Every weekend I go to the park and play soccer with friends. The people who do exercise regularly are healthier than the people who don’t, they are happier. I think it’s depend on the person how many hours of sleep they need, it’s depend on how they work, if somebody has a heavy job he need more sleep and rest, but normally 6 to 8 hours is good. Usually I go to bed at 11 or 12 and wake up at 7 in the morning. I’d like to walk and swim to reduce stress and it’s very helpful to me.

Absolutely! Exercises is very important in my life. I'm used to doing exercises since I was 5 years old, in high school I made swimming, gymnastics, basketball I like this sports but eventually I practice until today is Athletics and now I can say this is my passion. Well, definitely the biggest difference is between a person who exercise regularly and one not, because it found that at least walking 20 minutes a day is recommended for maintaining good health and should also sleep minimum 8 hours daily. I always try to respect my sleeping hours because they are important for my body to recover physically and mentally from a busy day. For another thing, I like athletics, is sometimes helps me when I'm stressed or had a bad day, the jogging like a 5 miles help me free myself, and have a good sense of mind.

Of course not, I will work on weekends and get up early. I get up at nine am.At the exam time in school. I worry about the school. Do the exercise and listen to the music.

Exercise is important to maintain your body in good conditions. Also exercise keeps you in good shape. Exercise is important because of its many benefits. Someone who exercises has a lot more energy. Someone who exercises is probably healthier than someone who doesn't. A regular person needs between seven to eight hours of sleep. I try, but I don't sleep and wake up at same time. Many times I feel myself under stress. I worry about everything the same. It has been proven that exercise reduces stress, and with less stress you can be happier.

Each of us has a physical body made of muscles, blood, bones and various other living tissue.Exercising the body is one way of keeping it healthy. If we do not exercise then our muscles become weaker and we are less able to do things properly. Also the bones can become weaker and thus break easily.I really like exercise if i have time but now i am really busy with work and college and its hard to exercise.Most of the time i just walk .There are many types of exercises that we may participate in. We may play badminton, football, netball or whatever games that we prefer.

Exercising today is very important to a persons health. Exercising is mainly for cardiovascular fitness. Some people do it because they just enjoy it. Exercising also gently improves your health. There are three good benefits to exercising. Health benefits such as helping weight management.Today there aren't many jobs requiring intense physical activity. Instead of walking, people use automobiles or public transportation. Instead of being physically active, people usually watch TV in their free time.I was doing exercise when i was in my country and i had a lot of free time but now in 2015 its really hard to find free time to spend in gym.Its true if you have good management of course you can find time to exercise but honestly i am not really manage person . I am going to start exercise this Monday,so wish me luck...

Exercise like, running, walking,and jogging are so important o me. There are a lot of different between who has the exercise than who doesn't have .Usually who has exercise can stay healthy with balance of weight, has a positive energy and long standard life, but who doesn't have the exercise, has always pain ,a lot of dangerous disease ,they usually have negative energy, they don't have a good body shape, and their body aren't strong .Every person need 7 to 8 hours sleep every day other then that it going to be dangerous for them. I have busy life ,everyday I sleep 4 hours ,I go to bed almost 3 o'clock and wake up 7 am everyday, because I work ,I go to college and study until midnight. Most of the time I find myself under the stress, because I have to done a lot of things at the same time. I worry about everything because, I live with my mom and my little brother and I have to do everything by myself ,plus I have a full time busy work ,and 18 unit in college ,that's make me to do a lot of homework .But you can be happy ,when you see the good results.

I go to bed and wake up every day at the same time.I wake up at 6 AM and go to bed at 10 PM. I rarely find myself under stress, but if I do, it might be because of my children. Going for a walk or eating ice-cream will reduce stress and make you happier.

Walking, jogging, running exercise are very important for me. Everyone has hard working on one of them. I like running and walking. I walk every day and I feel very healthy. I can see the between of people who doesn't use any exercise. They can seems unhealthy and maybe narveous. Exercising helps the people by different way. It is helpful for their health and body. It also very goodfor their brain. I sometimes feel under stress about to missing my country and parents. When I talk with them I feel better and sometimes I walk around the beautiful park and I reduce my stress. People can be happy in different way, but they should be strong and organize their life wisely.
