I think fruits and vegetables are good for you, because they have all the nutrition that your body needs. No, i never tried to be a vegetarian, i love food too much. My favorite fruit is mandarin it has vitamin A and vitamin B. I don't think i have a favorite vegetable if i did than it would be celery.

I think fruits and vegetables are good for health. Because they have vitamin,nutrition for needed for healthy body. No, I never tried to be a vegetarian. I love Food,I like watch TV show about food, how they cook.I don't think so, same fruits and vegetables. My favorite fruits strawberry,raspberry.My favorite vegetable tomato,cucumber,onions.

I think fruits and vegetables are good to live a healthy lifestyle. My favorite vegetable is avocado because it contains vitamins B,E, and K and it has more potassium than bananas. It's good for the hair and it has a natural antibacterial component.

I wish I could invent a delicious food that has all the vitamins, because I’m not interested in eating much. I usually prefer to eat delicious foods and most of them are not healthy food and don’t have enough vitamins. So, physically I’m not strong person. I need to use some pills to cover the shortage in body.

I thing the most important food is vegetables because there you find all vitamins we need for the body an be health.you can find in oranges vitamin C or fiber in others is important for you body, is the same in the fruits you can find all kind the vitamins an minerals. in mi country there are some many fruits that in USA don't have like, guava,capulin, pitallas and others. I never triad be vegetarian because I like chicken end beef so mach but always eat vegetables whit each meat.

In my opinion fruits and vegetables are very good for our health. Because these foods are packed with vitamins,menirals,and antioxidants, which means that they provide our body with the nutrition that it needs to be healthy and well. Fruits and vegetables are hight in nutritions, but they are low in colories. Also fruits and vegetables are providing healthy amount of fiber in our body. If we are eating fruits and vegetables every day we have more energy. It is very importent to create the hight habits if we want long-term success!

I think that fruits and vegetable are good for your health because they have more nutrition.Yes i am vegetarian, i like eggplant this food is very low in saturated fat and cholesterol.It is also a good source of vitamin K, thiamine, vitamin B6,potassium and manganese.it has a dietary fiber.mangoes are also low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium it contains vitamin A vitamin C,E and selenium.Eggplant and mangoes are found in our country but celery and asparagus are not found in our country,My favorite fruit or vegetable are mangoes and eggplant.

Fruits and vegetables are very good for health. Because they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals for our bodies. I never tried to be a vegetarian but I try to eat more fruit. In America, there are all the fruits and vegetables that were in Russia. But Russia was not all fruits and vegetables that are in America. I never ate avocado at home and here I have avocado for lunch every day. I love all the fruit and vegetables.

I think fruits are very good for our health and body. They give our body and brain a lot of nutrients and vitamins. I never tried to become a vegetarian because I like to eat and try different food, from different cultures, and also in my couture we eat meat. My favorite fruits are raspberries and I love berries. Berries have a lot of vitamin C, A, and B. Berries such as: Lingonberries, cloudberry, lemongrass, and a lot of different berries grow in mountains on my island Sakhalin. About vegetables I like to eat lots of vegetables, and I like them all.

The fruits and vegetables! I think is the best we can eat for our nutrition,have a lot of nutritional properties. All the fruits and vegetables are rich on vitamins and minerals, the vitamins more commons are V.A,V,12, V.C and the minerals like a Potassium, Zinc,Sodium,Iron,Sulfur, Etc. They have less calories and prevent disease. So it is always good to eat all kinds of fruits and vegetables.

Everybody knows that fruits and vegetables are good for your health because they have so many vitamins. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables specially fruits. Strawberries, raspberries, and cherries are my favorite. But even I like them so much I never tried to be vegetarian and I don’t want too I love taste of meat. I don’t know any fruits or vegetables that you cant find in my country, but I know for sure they so expansive there especially in wintertime.

I think fruits and vegetables are really healthy for our body and daily nutrition. Fruits and vegetables contains a lot of healthy vitamins. I never tried to be a vegetarian because enjoy eating meat, but i do eat a lot of fruits and vegetables daily. In America there a lot of fruits, but i miss the wild blueberries that i would pick from the forest not far from my house in Ukraine.I do not have a favorite fruit because i love all fruit.

I think fruts and vegetabelse are really important for all of the people. Fruts and vegetabale hold inside lotes of vitament and miniras, which are relaly important for are life. minly it helps for all of the function of our body. it help our body to function and keep our overal health in shap. Vegetarine life is okay in a way but meat hold really important fibers which our body need to function properly. people can function with out meat but years latter in would start reflection our overal helth and we would start notecing difference and we would starting feeling our selves weker. This is why im agains vegetarions life style, but for some people it could work but i still think its really unhealthy.

I had been introdused to vegetarion lifestyle in my life , but im and agains it because i belive in meat there are some really important fibers which our body need to function. i think people could exlcure meat out their life style for some time but it should not be exluded for to long becouse bady would not function properly.

I thInk fruits and vegetables are good for my healthy beacause they have a lot of vitamin, and some of them are Chinese medicine.I never try to be vegetarian.My favorte fruits and vegetables are orang and cauliflower.The tomato and corn can find in my country, but the bok choy and Chinese lettuce can't find in the U.S. I eat fruits and vegetables every day.

Fruits ,vegetables and grains are essential to our body. I have never tried being a vegetarian although meat doesn't play a big roll in my diet. I cant find fresh tart cherries and mulberries here in the US. I like that here in California we have all kinds of fruits ad vegetables regardless of the season.

I think for the health benefit of fruits and vegetables. Could be used as medicine. Various vitamins needed by the body is present in fruits and vegetables. Using foods can help your health. Example, eating an apple a day keeps the incidence of many diseases. Of course, eating fruits and vegetables before eating and when hunger is much better. Food in the stomach after eating vegetables because they are corrupt.I think that in the future instead of fruits and vegetables they use drugs.

Fruit and veg are an excellent source of the essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs to stay healthy, and have a low fat content in most cases, so yes, They are very good for me. No, i never tried to be a vegetarian, because I love beef, chicken and fish.

Yes I do. Fruits and Vegetables are good for my health, because them have all the Nutrition and Vitamins that my body needs. I haven't try to be a Vegetarian but I eat Fruits everyday, And Vegetables every other day. Oranges, Apples and Pears are what I eat more those are my favorite fruits. In my country there are more fruits and vegetables than U.S.A. like, pitalla,guava and many more.
