What should people do to stay healthy? Do you think it's good to eat after 6 p.m.? Why or why not? In your opinion what kind of a diet is healthy? To stay healthy, you have to eat right. Not after 6: pm think it is not good to eat. Because it is too late for dinner at 6: pm we are resting and its slower metabolism that sometimes I go to bed with a full stomach. The type of diet in my opinion is to eat salads, white meats avoid bread, eat small portions every two hours or when we are hungry. To stay in shape jogging, walking , swiming and other more. I can tell when a person is active, he or she looks enthusiastic and in good shape and when a person is inactive, he or she looks fat and tired. Yes but you should sleep 8 hours to stay healthy. Yes, affects the person's health because when they get up, they have bad temper, bad days with the co-workers, etc. Stress affect the person's health, some people change the character, depressive (they don't want to do nothing, they sometimes cry). they look skinny and unhealthy. One of the good ways to stay away from stress is to do exercises and to have a vacation in places for relaxing, such as the beach, camping, etc.

Health is very important in our life because our supposed to be healthy for good life. We have to be careful by choosing our food and getting some exercise to stay healthy for ever. We can add some fruits and vegetables to our meals and replace junk food to healthy food. Fruits and vegetables have a fibers and vitamin.Prepare food is easy and quick to buy from outside,but that is not healthy eithear. It just give us fat and less energy because the value of this food is lower than other food.We have to choose good food and exercise to be healthy and when our body is healthy we have happy life.

People should eat good to stay healthy. We should eat dinner three hours before going to bed because food need some time to digest at least three hours. Eating vegetables, fruit, beans and low fat food in small amount of food every two hours is healthy diet. Workout in gym is perfect for body to stay in shape. Most skinny people are physically active. People who are overweight cannot move their body fast. 6 to 8 hours sleep is needed to stay healthy. Stress is not good for health. Exercise and positive thinking is a good way to stay away from stress. Being happy is another way to stay away from stress.

It is very important to follow a diet to live healthy for many reasons. Following healthy food habit can help to reduce the risk of diabetes and can control the cholesterol and the pressure in our blood. A good diet accomplish with at least thirty minutes of exercise every day can work better or at least twice a week. Another thing for a good diet it is to avoid junk food, but they are everywhere. We can find a lot of carbohydrates and sugar in most of the canned products, and to much fat on the red meat. We need to add more white meat, fiver and fruits in our daily diet. We need to reduce the quantity of red meat in our daily foods, avoid carbs and sugar and add some more vegetable. With a healthy diet we can notice important changes in our health.

People should have a routine exercise and a rich balanced diet of vitamins, minerals, fruits, and vegetables. After 6.00 p.m. it is not good to eat because it is very late and most people have slow digestion. Also if you eat late, the food makes you fat because the metabolism does not work very well. In my opinion a healthy diet consists of breakfast, fruits with yogurt, orange juice, and half bread with jam. For lunch, people can eat fish, salad, rice, and water. In the afternoon, people can eat cereal with milk. I can tell how a person is physically active by making exercise three times a week in the gym, swim, and jog on the street. People who sleep more is healthier because the body rests more hours, does not physically wear, and save energy. Sleeping late and waking up early does affect one’s body by feeling tired. Stress is very dangerous in the body because people usually have depression, anger, and then has gastric juices, and sick mind. Some ways to stay away from stress is running a bike, walk, sleep 8 hours, have a peaceful life, talk to friends, and choose a healthy food to have a longer healthy life.

What should people to do stay healthy? I think to be healthy should exercise and diet.After 6 p.m it is not goog to eat because is very late and can't sleep well.In my opinion a healthy diet is the food.The people should eat fish,chicken,vegetable,salad,fruits and to dring to much water and walk.I think a person physical activity if he or she making exersice two or three times a week.Every one is good to sleep 7 to 8 hours but if sleep more is not good for healthy because the body is heavy and laze.I think is not good the people going to bed late at night and getting up early because they have can't time enough for sleep.The stress is very bed for healthy.When a people have a stress they feeling tire and sik.One of the good way from stress is to relax,vacation go to the movie etc

The way of life affects people’s health is nutrition, physical activity and sleep play a major role in health. I think everyone should take care of your diet. For good health you need to eat fruits and vegetables and eliminate from the diet of fast food and soda. For people are very important physical activity such as nature walks, engage in fitness two days a week and morning exercises. Finally person should sleep for at least eight o'clock in the day. If people will follow these tips for a healthy lifestyle their state of health will always be good and strong.

People should stay healthy by doing exercise and eating healthy. I think it is okay to eat after 6 p.m. if it is a little amount of food. Walking helps you stay in shape. You can’t tell, because people come in all shapes and sizes. People who sleep more can be healthier because rest is good for you. Yes, if people don’t get enough sleep then they won’t be healthy. Sleeping enough allows you to function better. You can stay away from stress by doing things on time and doing exercise.

My opinion is that health is important in our lives. I try to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately now I have very little time to focus on healthy. I love going to the gym, but now I am studying and working so for the gym I do not have time. Food should also be useful and natural. I believe that a major problem in our society is - junk food, including fast food. Secondly you need to lead and active life. I believe that a healthy lifestyle should be taught from childhood. Encourage children to sport, and then we can live in a healthy society.

In my opinion, people need to exercise, at least 45 minutes of walking or running everyday, or every other day. Also, we need to eat some fruits and vegetables, such as apples, bananas, grapes, lettuce, cabbage, and carrots. I think people need to eat before 6pm so that their body has enough time to digest the food. When people exercise they look healthy and strong. We can see this in their body such as their stomach and face. Exercising helps you to relieve stress, feel better, and be healthier.

I think that in order to stay healthy person can eat and try everything , but in small quantities. Also, one should not use very often fatty food . Very good if a person does not eat after 6 pm . Each person has to be physically active. If he does not do morning exercises , you have to move a lot during the day. It is very important for human health do not stay up late to bed and early to rise. When people go to bed late , the body does not have time to rest and fatigue occurs . Overwork and stress are bad for humans.

In order to stay healthy, people should exercise, eat right, sleep well, and avoid stress. If you are hungry after 6 p.m., you can eat, but choose your food wisely. For example, white meat rather than bread. But if someone wants to lose weight, a glass of kefir (cultured milk) or a cup of herbal tea with a spoon of honey, in the evening, will be fine. In my opinion, the best diet involves vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and meat once or twice per week. It's important not to fry your food and not eat any junk food. You should drink a lot of water and juice. You should stay away from drinking soda, alcohol and too much coffee.

People should have proper diet to stay healthy. I don't think they have to eat after 6 p.m. They should eat natural food like whole grains, vegetables, fruit, fish. But to stay healthy and to be in shape diet is not enough. People should have physical activity. They should exercise in a gym or go in for active sports like athletics, jogging, tennis. They should do it regularly. Another important thing to stay healthy is to sleep at least 7 hours a day. It is better to go to bed early at night and to get up early in the morning. If a person does not sleep enough, he or she does not have enough energy for effective activity. Stress can also affect a person's health. We should have knowledge and wisdom how to balance different areas of our life.

People do different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health? Health is must to enjoy the life to the fullest. For me it's even more necessary. Because I believe fittness is key to sucess for a physcial therapist. For staying healthy I do three things first of all starting my day with meditation and light yoga; preperaing my own healthy food and; jogging for half an hour in the evening.Being a physical therapist I have leared proper techincs of yoga and meditation. I also know the advantages of it.Food is also very important for good health. I prepare my meals by myself. I try to make it completly filled with all the required nutrients. Lot of salad and fruits are always part of my diet. Thirdly and most importantly, jogging for half an hour is a routine for me. After I am back home, I want to get relaxation and need fresh air. For that I love to jog.

Nowadays, people attend their healthy. They do exercise and keep their food. To stay healthy, we need to eat meat, rice, wheat, dairy, especially fruit and vegetable. Having a big breakfast and a good meal for lunch or dinner is enough. The meal time is important too. I think it is not good to eat a dish before sleeping because it makes a bad asleep.

I think if people want to have a healthy style, they should sleep minimum 8 hour daily and be active in the day times from morning to evening. They must have a full breakfast and a good lunch, but have a light dinner, minimum two hour before sleep. So they should be relax and exercise every day. But I know more people that do opposite. They don’t eat breakfast and only eat a cup of coffee or tea, and have a light lunch, but they have a full dinner. They go to bed very late, as a result they wake up very late and at the day times usually they’re tired. They are angry and sometime sad. I think angry and less sleep directly affect to people health.

I think people have to do more exercise in their daily life. And also i think it is not good to eat after 6 PM . Beacuse it put people over weight also cannot sleep well . In my opinion for health body people have to eat healthy . For example they should eat more vegetable than meat.And also every morning and evening have to do exercise for minimum half hour .I think walking is the best exercise for every body to stay in shape. I think when a person looks like over weight ,he dont have eanogh exercise or physically activity.I dont think so people who sleep more are healthy beacose our hearts need to kip in work. When we sleep our blood pressure comes down which is bad for our heart. So i think people need enough sleep at time . And also stress is effect bad on persons health.I think the best way to stay away from stresses is having enough daily exercise.
