What is stress and what causes it? How does stress affect you? When you are stressful, how do you feel physically? Do you feel tired during the day? Have you ever helped someone who was feeling stressed? What did you do and What kind of advice did you give them? Did they listen to your advice?

Stress is a common problem for people. When we get stress we feel like there are too many pressures and demands on us. Stress can be different. We can get stress before a test or a final exam. We can get stress when we play games, or drive cars. This stress is not dangerous, it can help keep you be more concentrate. But if your parents, kids, relatives are sick, or died, or something bad happened, or you lost your job and you have unstable financial situation, you can get bad stress. In this situation people need a lot of help. If someone in my family is stressed, I will try to give more attention to him/ her, more love, everything that can help him to feel that he is not alone. If I get stress, I will try to go to sleep and get rest.

Our life is full of stress. Stress is our body’s physical change. When we are in stress our heart ponds faster, blood pressure rises, breath quickens and muscles tighten. Stress can be bad or good. In small doses it can help to do your best. One wise man has said:”What doesn’t kill us, make us stronger”. I think this is good guideline for a person who is in stress. But stress stops being helpful when you have a lot of responsibilities and worries. The long term stress can lead to serious health problems. For example, heart disease, sleep problems, depression and many others. Of course, we can’t change stressful situations such as losing a job or having problems at home. But we can learn to control our response. Therefore, it is important to know how to recognize the stress. Also everyone experiences stress differently. For me when I was stressed, I feel sad, lonely and very little energy. We can’t avoid stressful situations, but, somehow we try to overcome it in count of our psychological and emotional efforts. I try to find a support in my family. Sometimes we go to see something interesting in this city or somewhere else. This is a good way to reduce stress. Almost every week my son and I go to bowling center next to our home. Bowling is a new thing for us. We try to find out how people curve the ball and shot all pins and make a strike or a spare. My son wants to have more score than mine but he is not so skillful. In order to make him fun, I deliberately throw my ball to the wrong side or I past the foul line and get an F. It makes me happy when I see his happy face. Another way to reduce stress is when I am involved into something interesting. It could be a work or a game. In addition, I know one good but a little unusual way to reduce the stress. Telling my secrets and troubles to a stranger, whom I didn’t know and probably will not meet ever, it is an excellent way especially when the stranger is positive man. After short time he or she will leave me and take my secrets and troubles with him.

Stress is emotional and physical strain. Many people got stress from out sit world. That caused by our response. In our lives it’s hard to live whit out stress. But if stress gets out of control, it causes your health and your enjoyment of life. In my life I had have a lot of stress, especially at that time, because I can’t reach my goal of gating beater scour. The reason of my problem is not enough time to study and that makes me a little upset. My family and my job take too many of my time and that what I like, because I love my kids and I like spend my time whit them and that release my stress. Stress doesn’t affect me a lot, because of my family. Of cause to the end of day sometimes I have headache and feel tired. However when I feel stressful I’m trying to think about some good memories of my life or somebody ales. Also I see so many people who have a stress from different situation like losing job, house, relationship, love or having baby. If I know person I give some advises or tale some good stories or how good and smart he/she is. Sometimes that works sometimes not so in this situation I’m trying to find another person who he/she can trust and believe. But most of time people trust me and I happy to help them and I feel well to see them happy.

Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand. When you worry about something such as jobs, money, bills, family, homework...ect. Fox example, when your teachers give you too much homework but you do not have enough time to finish the homework you will get stress. Moreover, today you have a test but you did not study anything you will get stress too because you think about in future you will get bad points. Stress affects me such as headache, can become tired, sick, and unable to concentrate or think clearly. In addition, somebody when they get stress, they smoke, drink alcohol too much they think it will make them to feel better. However, they were wrong. It made them more badly. When I am stressful, I feel tired; easily to get annoyed with someone bore me. For example, the last month my manager lets me know they will close my company on the end of March that means I will lose the job soon. From that day, I felt tired when I go to work and in my mind all the time thinking about how to find a new job. Before I had some friends, they worked the same company with me but my company have been layoff them. I always encourage my friends you need to try looking for new job maybe you get a better than me. Do not give up! I also told them you must think about best things you hope to get it then your stress will be out. My friends listened to my advice but they told with me , they knew it but it is very difficult to do it.

Stress is the response you have when facing situations that force you to act, change, or adjust in some way to maintain your grip, or to keep things balanced. We use the word stress, when we feel that everything became too much. Anything that has a challenge or a threat to our well-being is a stress. Stress can affect someone emotionally, angry, depressed, feeling tiredly and headaches. People deal with stress by eating, drinking alcohol, sleep too little or too much. Personally I deal with stress by going to sleep and trying to forget about everything or sometimes going for a walk around the neighborhood or in the park to relieve my stress. At times when I am really stressed out or depressed I go to talk to my brother and he helps me get my mind off the issue. Physically stress makes people feel tired and sometimes headache. When stressed out I feel mostly emotionally damaged than physically. When one of my friends or families is stressed and comes to me for support, I help them as much as I can to help them deal with the stress. Many times it has happened that I supported my family at hard times and you can see it actually when someone is stressed. Best thing to tell people when stressed, is to hold them and tell them everything is going to be all right. Most the time people who are stressed out just need someone to talk to them, because they cannot think clearly and its best to follow their friends’ advice.

The stress, is a disease that become more widespread in the world. You can say it is a disease of the modern world. Stress is primarily a disease of the mind. Caring for tomorrow is the main cause of stress. I am a calm man, but sometimes, I’ m affected by stress. When I'm stressed out, I walk in the park, go shopping, or I read a good book. I know many people affected by stress. Usually I invite them to me ,for dinner and I talk a lot with them. I try to rebuild their hope. I advise them to be more optimistic. I explain that others are more troubled. It is a Roman adage that says, "If you want to be happy, look down, not up." It is a rough translation. It wants to say that if you want to be happy with your situation, look to the most troubled than you, not those with a better situation. Then, you'll appreciate your situation. There is an anecdote that says: A man goes to a priest and tells him:

Stress is an emotional condition caused by a negative situation. Everyone have a stress experience in their life. It can happen any place, any time and even by a nightmare. For example, one beautiful day I was driving to work. It was early in the morning and there was horrible traffic. Everyone was nervous and impatient. The right lane from my side just became available, and a woman in that lane sped up and out of nowhere, a car cut her off and she rear-ended it. I remember watching her get out of her car and the panic and stress in her face shocked me. She was frightened and panicking because of what had happened. I can only imagine what kind of stress she was going through for the rest of the day. It’s really important having someone close to get an emotional support from right in that moment. People shouldn’t close themselves up from everyone to be in stress for a long time. They need to talk to someone to share their concerns or change their focus on something that would make them happier. Some people try to get rid of the stress by going to a party, having some favorite food, going to shop, or taking vacation for a while. Every person should be able to find the best way to get rid of the stress to prevent getting into a deep depression.

Stress is a bad thing that destroys the human body in the inside and outside.Anything can cause stress. For example, when the guy is going to meet his girlfriend at the airport and find out that the plane was crashed. The guy will feel very bad.he do not want to see anymore.Because she was very dear for him.All that was around him stopped. What was most valuable in his life was done.Such a person feels depressed, and he wants to be alone. He do not to see anyone.Such the person feels tired all over the body for several days.It depends on the person and power of stress, how long the depression last for.But leave the stress can easy and do not hurt his health. These need to learn.Of course it is easy tips to help another person, but when you get in the stress you feel yourselves differently. This is much worse.I even do not know how I could help such a person.I probably do not know what to do.I would advise to read a few stories about people who have been in similar situation, and as they came out of them. These stories I find in the Bible. There are very interesting story. I think that is very bad for person to get stress. The stress can lead to negative consequences.

Stress is pressure or worry caused by the problems in life. Life in the twenty-first century is full of stress. We have stress from morning to night. Everyone experiences stress, adults, teens and even kids. Stress comes in a different variety. Some of them help to improve our lives. This is good for us. For example, when we have a test, we are stressed. This stress forces us to focus more on our studies. Other stress isn't good, such as when your family members are sick or have problems in their live. For instance, when my father was sick, my feeling was very bad. I can't sleep so I was tired all the time. I don't have energy to do anything. If stress get out of control, it may harm your health, your relationships, and enjoyment of life. Symptoms of stress are nail-biting, insomnia, fatigue, headaches and an elevated heart rate. Stress is a very common factor that influences our life. It could be a problem for almost everyone. You should spend your time with an activity that makes you happy, such as exercise, play music, meditation, and relaxation. You should also share your problems with someone whom you can trust. For example, my friend has a lot of stress for four years because her mother has multiple sclerosis (MS). She can't do anything. She worries constantly about her mother. She feels tired all the time and she has a headache all the time. I told her you should make a plan for yourself. You have to be active in your life. You should go to the gym or find a job for yourself. If you stay home, you will think about your mother. Then you will get stress. You have to stay busy. She listens to me and she is feeling better than before. I told her you should help yourself. I told her don't worry too much because you will get sick. I am glad she took my advice.

According to the definition of stress, it is the actions your body goes through as it tries to adjust to your changing environment.Stress can arise for many different reasons. It is different for everyone. It could be brought by the death of a loved one, a traumatic accident, illness, or a serious disease. It can also arise from daily situations. It is very hard to stay calm and relaxed because we all have hectic lives. It is very important to find a way to de-stress when stress seems to overtake our lives. Your health could very well depend on it.Unfortunately,we don't live in a perfect world and our bodies can continue to react to stress even after it is over.It is very important that you learn how to manage your stress. When I have a stress I usually listen music,if music doesn't help I go to do physical activities such as running, play soccer to get tired. It works for sure.

What is stress? Stress comes when people worry and get nervous about everyday things when people can’t find solutions or answers to their problems. Stress also comes from marriage problems, financial debts, growing kids, and everyday things. People who usually spend a lot of time worrying have a lot of stress. Stress builds up in our system, which causes high blood pressure, heart attacks and people even commit suicide, because they can’t deal with their problems. One of the best solutions to deal with your stress is knowing what’s important in your life. If people have their priorities all mixed up they would definitely have problems and a whole lot of stress in their life, with stress you can’t be happy in your life. I’m a Christian and I rarely have stress in my life. On Sundays me and my family go to church where I become a stronger person, and pray to God to lead me thru life and help me when I experience any problems or have any sudden changes which affect me emotionally. I also read Bible everyday and it helps me to get thru the day and my life. Whenever I have any problems in life, marriage, finances, or work related I always know that no matter what happens God is always there for me and I can always count on him, when it seems that everything else is hopeless. I am very happy I know God, because I don’t have to worry about things I shouldn’t.

We live in a time when speed is what everybody appreciates the most about one thing or another: fast cars, fast internet, fast phones, fast food even, and the list could go on and on. There are so many things to do that we barely find time for everything.

Everyone is familiar with stress. Stress can be a part our modern day life. We get it at work, school or home.We experience it in varying forms and degrees every day. In small doses, stress can actuaiiy be benefical to us. It is only when the stress becomes to great affecting our physical or mental functioning, that it becomes a problem. In my experience, stress in small doses can halp give me increased energy and alertness, even healping to keep me focused on the problem at hand. I think this tipe of stress is good. Very often people describe themselves as being stressed out, or burned out. At this point, it is important to find positive and productive ways to deal with the stress and.Everyone reacts to stress differently. Sometimes people think there is nothing I can do about my stress level. The bills are not going to stop coming, or my career or family responsibilities will always be demanding. But we have a lot more control then might think. In fact, the simple realization that you are in control of your life is the foundation of stress manegement. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun. I think there are some simple, healthy ways to relax, recharge, and de-stress our body. For example, go for a walk, read a good book, spend time in nature, listen good music, more exercise, spa, and massage, and mani ohers things. Finally, I would like to say, we all responsible for our life, and we mast not give stress to destroy our happiness. It is very important not to let stress developing into something more.

When people felt that they have too much pressure in their lives, they often got depress. Too much depression can lead to stress, a problem caused by mental and physical pressure. Stress can be caused by many things that happened in people’s lives. The most common form of stress is often caused by mental pressure. As we all know, no one’s life is perfect. Everyone, once in a while, will face depression or pressure. As for adults, their stress can be caused by work, family, money, bills, and other things. And for teenagers, their stress can be caused by their family, relationships, and school. There are many more things that might lead everyone to stressful. Once I and my friends were going on a trip to San Francisco and there was a disagreement between me and my friend, Kaying. He wanted my MP3 player, because he was boring on our way to San Francisco but I also wanted to listen to some music. He started to yell at me for not give it to him and I yelled back to him. We would have fought if my other friend, Neng, didn’t stop us. He told Kaying that it is my MP3 player and he didn’t have the right to yell at me like that. Kaying was cool down and felt sorry. He apologized to me a few minutes later. As a result, Kaying caused the problem to me and I felt stressful for what he did. Everything was back to friendship after a few words for an apologized.

It sometimes happens that we get under so much pressure in special situations and that’s how we get stress, job and works place are some of those important areas that has the most effect in us and usually makes us stressful. It might happen because we are not in the right position and we don’t have enough information about that. Stress might causes by time when there is not enough time to do our responsibilities also we might be stressful because of someone else fault when we want to help them but that’s how we get in trouble in addition environment can be another reason for pressure and those effects in us.

Stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the outside world. Common stress reactions include a variety of physical symptoms that include headache and a fast heartbeat. It's almost impossible to live without some stress. And most of us wouldn't want to, because it gives life some special excitement and desire to live. But if stress gets out of control, it may harm your health, your relationships, and your enjoyment of life. When we hear about a stress we may think of stressful events as unpleasant ones, such as losing a job or having difficulties at home or at school. But changes for the better can also cause stress, like a new baby, a wedding, and a new house. In an ideal world, maybe we could get away from stressful situations, or change them. Often we can't do that - but we can learn to control our response to those situations. And we can develop techniques that will reduce the effects of stress on our mental and physical health. What's stressful for you may be different from what's stressful to the other people.Stress is the our reaction of some events and problems, and you always can deal with that kind of situation. We can always think that some others can have the worse situation than we have, or life for others is can be more difficult than for you.You have to always think that you can deal with all situation in your life and don't think about a bad things that you have in your life.

The stress has a very bad causes on our health. The most important to get control when stress growing up.Sometimes we don't realise how much stress is building up until we suddenly feel overwhelmed.I think there isn't the person who didn't feel stress. In way that happening we should know, how we can quickly calm down when we are feeling over whelmed by stress. When stress suddenly happens with me i can't sleep well and i feeling bad and tired in the morning. I know the couple of ways to calm down when i suddenly get by stress and feel overwhelmed.Firstable it is taking a walk outside. The fresh breath and walking can you return in a new frame of mind. Also some exercises or sport plays could help.In the sunny days i often play tennis with my family and that helps me to have positive moods.Sometimes i have very stressful day. Also the reading of the books help me calm down. When i read some interesting story i can forget about that stressful day and my mud becoming more positive. It seems like everything has gone wrong, but i never taking any medicine that help to relief the stress because i know it is could help just on short time and next time could be worst and it could get hobbits to the antioxidants. If i find myself feeling stressed i try to bring my nervous system back into balance.

I try not to be stressed in my life. If so I tried to talk to somebody or to drink a glass of wine or a beer. A good song or melody sometimes makes people feel better. I never helped anybody who was feeling stressed. I would advise people do not take it so hard but easy. Sometimes the situation is not as difficult as people see it so I think it’s depending of people and they control their emotion.
