With new derelopment on food in dustries and also people are being more knowled,able .so being diet and eating healthy foods are getting more important .Some people eat every thing and some other are vegan which they do not eat any meat .Based on RDA which is daily recommendation for each person that has been published at 2011 by FDA food and drug association each person needs variety of foods every day to stay healthy .Including meats ,milk,eggs,vegtable,grains and fruits each type of food plays a huge ruls in our body.For example meats are the good source of protein.egg are the best source of protein and vitamins .vegetables are the amazing source of fibers and minerals.Fruits are also contain a lot of mineral and fibers.Fibers are really important for digestive track and helps you to get ride of the extra food in youe body much,much easier,staying diet is very complicated and needs a lot of affords and dedications.

I never be in diet in my live but always do exercise and I ate healthy my wife olways meke healthy food went she make de meal . Fruit and vegetables are important for you nutrition the protein is very inportant to the protein make you body loose weight because you body burn more calories and make you metabolic is more faster .I don't thing the people is not more beautiful the other only for be thin the person is worded for is feeling . But the people olways are influenced for tv or others Cain the communications in this word.

I once in my life was on a diet and I did not like. I believe that the best is just a healthy meal than to be on a diet. I love to run and it helps me get in shape. And I try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Vegetables and fruits contain many beneficial vitamins, meat grain legumes. I drink a lot of water. Thin is not always a healthy person. Weight should be average. I feel sorry for people with more weight. When I see a fat person, I think that it would be difficult, and he was very ill. Personally I never was on a diet. My weight always was in norm. I do not have any problems with health. Though, I know many people which need a diet. I believe that all people different and the diet can be only individual. There are experts of diet which have education and license on drawing up of diets. I recommend to all to ask to experts. I think that incorrect dieting can be very dangerous. The fiber is important for digestion process, it contains in vegetables and fruit. Bad digestion can be the reason of a bad metabolism. Protein is a material for building of muscles. The richest with protein products is seafood. For me the range from 120 to 160 pound has more attractive figure than the others. As a matter of fact, that to women who are older 45 years to grow thin much more hard than to other groups of people. It is connected with that that the nature of the woman is arranged for a birth and feeding of children. Metabolism of the woman is regulated female sexual hormones. At women is elderly after 45 years there are hormonal failures. It complicates growing thin process.

I went on a diet once. But I don’t see much good in diets, I think the best ways to lose weight are got gym, walk and run miles. Fiber is important because it may contain vitamins and others. Substances which can offer protection against some diseases.

I have been on a diet after my pregnancy, the diet i choose was to eat meat without carbs. I never eat meat and carbs together. Sometimes dieting can me dangerous if your not used to it, and you start a diet which you can not handle. I think being healthy is very important, i think a diet i would recommend for someone is to not eat fast foods, or chips and drink soda, and eat less carbs a day. I think People should exercise while they are on a diet. I think there is a difference between thin and healthy fit, because to be thin you dont eat much , but being fit is eating the right and healthy foods.

I never was on any special diet. But it doesn’t mean I don’t care about my weight at all. I eat everything but I try not to eat a lot. I love chocolate and cakes. I cant recommend any diet to anybody because I don’t know any diet and I never tried any so I cant say which is good which is not. I think it’s a difference between being thin and being healthy. People can be sick and loose a lot of weight and it doesn’t mean they are healthy. In my opinion the most important thing it is to be healthy. And yes I think slim people are more attractive than fat people, but it just my opinion.

I've been dieting sometimes but never follow exactly . Is very important has a diet. Has a diet Low in fat and salt. Many people think "diet" is not eat noting but are wrong. Many times people think that not eating can make people lose weight quickly but that is very dangerous. The people must have to go to a nutritionist or a doctor , some times people may have anemia or problems laterite. Eating fiber and exercise helps with weight loss. Eat six small meals a day and drink two littler of water combined with exercise helps the metabolism.People think that being thin is being healthy that's a lie sometimes people are thin and have high cholesterol and high triglycerides. I do not think so that thin people are more attractive than fat. Everyone has something different that makes us unique and attractive.

Yes, I have been on a diet a lot of times. It was a hard time for me to lose weight after the birth of my kids. I always to tried to eat healthy food, work out, and drink a lot of water. But it was taking time. After two years i was normal weight. It's very important to eat fruits and vegetables.Vegetables and fruits are full of nutrients and may help promote good health. I have some tips for my friends. First, take your tme! Eat slowly, enjoy the taste and textures, and pay attention to how you feel. Be mindful. Eating very quikly may cause you to eat too much. Second tip, use a small plate at meals to help with portion control. That way you can finish your entire plate and feel satisfied without overeating. The third tip, eat at home often so you know excactly what you are eating. If you eat out,check and compare the nutrition information. Choose healthier options such as baked instead of fried. Alo be sure to drink plenty of water or other nutrional liquids.

I've never been on a diet because I'm in good physical shape. The best way to diet is a balanced diet and organic products. The diet can be dangerous if you do not consult a doctor. Maybe if your illness is your diet contraindication. Protein plays an important role in the diet, as it source of energy for the body. Protein is meat, fish, dairy products and beans. If you compare the thin and healthy, I would choose health. I think thin people are more attractive than fat because they are slender and beautiful. They can wear any clothes, and for thick is thick. Sit on a diet most of the women.

I have tried many diets, because I'm overweight. The diet should be balanced because the body has to get protein, vitamins, carbohydrates and amino acids. The diet can be very dangerous if a person is sick with diabetes mellitus, it can lead to coma or patient has a problem with the thyroid gland. Starting a diet you should consult your physician. Protein plays an important role in the diet, the source of the flare is dairy products, beans, meat, fish, poultry. I would recommend the Mediterranean diet, it consists of vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, and juices. The diet should be considered with exercise.Skinny people are more teeter, they suffer less, live longer. Fat people do not move, they have a lot of chronic diseases. Thin people are more beautiful than thick. All full-bodied people trying to lose weight, and teenagers and young people especially girls and senior citizens who want to have any health problems.

In my opinion i think that have a good diet is very important. Diet for me is to know how eat healthy not to stop eating.I have not been in a diet because i am an active person and i think that is enough for me. Protein and fiber are very important to the body, by having this our organism can work better. Be skinny or over weight not necessarily means that you are healthy, how a person looks has nothing to do with it.

I have never been on a diet,but I think a good diet is eating a lot of fruit and vegetables, for example:Apple is a good sustitute for meals.Also brocoli and all green goods for Anemia.I recommend doing exercises is good for ones health.For example:If you running everyday,you can lose weight faster.Many people with Diabetes Doctors recommend a special diet,because they need to control their blood sugar.Usually fiber is good for a diet.Because, many people have ploblems with bowel movemens.I think eating healthy will give a longer life.

No, I have never been on a diet. I balance my meals and I control what I eat. I drink a lot of water because it’s a very important part of a daily diet. Yes I think fiber is a very important part of a diet. I think the best fiber when losing weight are eggs. Yes, I think fiber is important for a balanced diet. A good source of protein is meat. A diet that I would recommend to a friend would be: exercising every morning, not eating after six, and not over eating, but controlling the portions you eat.

I've been dieting often. However my diets have been for the purpose of being able to gain weight or maintain my weight product of my high energy consumption during long workouts and high energy burning. On diets to lose weight I have no good opinion when these diets are not linked to weight loss and weight loss that if not accompanied by exercise also lose health.

A diet I would recommend is from healthy food and good exercises. There is a difference from being healthy and being thin, a thin person is not necessary a healthy person, they could be thin but not healthy because they may not eat healthy food. It is better to be healthy then thin. Thin people could be more active then fat people and that's what might keep them being thin. Middle aged group of people probably try the most to lose weight.

Sometimes I am dieting. When I diet, after I stop dieting the weight comes back on; therefore, I should change what I eat. I should eat a more healthy diet. More fruit and vegetables, less fatty foods and less salt and sugar would be a more healthy diet.

In today’s society people are pressured to be healthy and even look thin. Heart disease is the leading killer in the United States and has brought people to try to find ways to stay healthy. One very common way used today is dieting. As a person who has been on a diet before I know a lot about it. In my opinion, the best diet is having a lot of water, eating little, and no sugar. Your diet would also need a lot of fiber so make sure to include wheat. To balance out your fruits and vegetables you need to have some protein. The best type of protein would be chicken and fish both grilled. But always remember that being thin doesn’t always mean you are healthy. I f you eat healthy food you’ll be healthy whether you are thin or not. I think that middle aged people are trying the hardest to loose weight because this is the time that people start to get health issues.

I was on a diet to reduce my weight so there will be less pressure on my knees. The best way to diet is to eat less carbohydrates and eat more fruits, vegetables, and water. Also eating less (a light dinner) at night time before you going to sleep can help in having a successful diet. Anything to the extreme can be dangerous. Therefore, eating as well can be dangerous if not in moderation. Fiber is very important because it provides minerals and nutrients to our body. Vegetables and fruits are a great source of fiber. Protein is important because it helps keep a balance diet and it helps with muscle growth. However, it is better to consume more white meat rather than red meat. For example, fish or chicken over beef or lamb. I think there is a mix. Not all slim people are active and not all over weight people are inactive. It's all about the individual and how they choose to live their lives you can't generalize. The middle aged people try to lose more weight because they are aging and they must cut back to stay healthy, active, and live longer. In addition, as you get older it becomes harder to lose weight and stay active.

I never try to be on a diet. I really don’t believe it and actually I can’t. I don’t eat much, but I can’t eat less than it. In my opinion our body need a lot of things. If we go on a diet, we have to have cut some thing that they may useful for our body. The best way is eating less. If you eat less, you can eat everything you want, and you will keep your body on shape and healthy. It’s better to not use too much fat and sugar. I believe those kinds of people that they are on diet, they always break their diet and eat more than other people and it’s worse. There is an idiom in my country that it says; “eat less, but eat always”.

There are two kinds of diet. One of them is; one is on diet because he or she wants to loose weight and it’s not good. I never did that and I believe that it’s not good for body. But there is other kind of diet that it is good. It means one watches what he or she eats. We have to be careful about our food and try to use good things like vegetables. Using too much oil and sugar is not good for our body. We would have healthy body if we eat healthy food. I try to avoid of eating too much meat and chicken. I use fishes more than others because it’s good for body.

This diet is more stable. You also need to eat more vegetables, fruits, dairy products and eat less fat, sweet and salty. Still need to drink plenty of water.
