In my life, I do not get enough vitamins every day. My body does not need vitamins every day, because when I eat my food is enough. I think him most important vitamin is vitamin B-12. It helps the metabolism. I would like study vitamins, then I will know how vitamins are and learn which vitamins young people need. When the people are young, they do not need vitamin supplement. Yes, it is very dangerous to drink many vitamins because the body can get poisoned. Only the Doctor gives vitamins when people need them. Sometimes a person has deficiency vitamins, when the people do not have vitamins in the body. A person can have vitamin deficiency. I think that the signs for vitamin deficiency are laziness and no energy to do anything. Vitamins can change a person’s feelings by feeling alive and socialize with others.

I think is very difficult to get enough vitamins every day. It's better to get all of your vitamins from food , such as fruit and vegetables, not from pills. Because necessary is to check with your doctor before taking any supliments. Too much of any good thing is a bad thing. Too much of vitamin D can cause an abnormally high blood calcium level, heart rhythm etc. Vitamin B helps support and mentains a healthy nervous system. I think the most important for our body is vitamin B. Vitamin B12 can mentain healthy nerve cells. A deficiency of B12 can produce anemia. Vitamin B12 is considered safe and non-toxic but other VitB can cause problems in large doses.

Vitamin are important substance found in many different types of foods. There are many different Vitamins, and they each play special roles in keeping our body healthy. Our body need many important Vitamins. For example, Vitamin A helps us see better, and also helps fight infections. Vitamin B helps our body make, and release energy. Our bones are strong because of Vitamin D. Vitamin K protects our body's cells and tissues, and helps our blood clot. We can found all of them in any kind foods, for example vegetables, fruits ,dairy products, and any kinds of meats. However if you can't eat healthy food is better take a multivitamin every day.

Vitamins and other natural minerals play essential roles in human body. People who take vitamins and minerals in amounts above the dietary limits may harm tissue where the vitamins are stored in their body. In my opinion all vitamins are useful for human body and play different roles. The first important vitamin is vitamin A. This vitamin is needed for body growth and repair. It plays a role in the formation of bone and tissues and keeps skin smooth. It helps in cell introduction and is needed for formation of some hormones. It helps maintain healthy skin, hair, and mucous membranes. It also cures night blindness. Major sources of Vitamin A are milk, eggs, spinach, carrots and almonds For example,vitamins are most important because it build immunity system and person become healthy,also vitamins such as vitamin D is o of the important for the bone. It make human body strong and protect human skin. The bad side of vitamins also make person ill,and person feel weak and it make person sick. I think all vitamins are good and important. Every person suppose to make sure the limit of taking vitamins to have a good health condition.

The necessity of vitamins, fivers and minerals in our daily diet is important to live better and avoid illness. Iron, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin B12 and omega are some of the most important vitamins that our body needs to live healthy. It is better to get all our vitamins, minerals, proteins and fiver and any other nutrients from our daily meals. Food such as vegetables meats and fruits has benefits that vitamins can’t offer. Fruits, vegetables meat, milk, eggs and fish have many vitamins and nutrients for our body. Also taking too much supplements of some kind of vitamins can be toxic and make you sick. Consuming high amount of iron can affect the blood and the cells in your body. It is important to check with your doctor before taking any supplements. Vitamins and minerals supplements are needed for people who don’t get enough necessary nutrients through the foods they eat. If we consume enough vitamins and minerals in our meals, vitamin supplements are not necessary to consume.

I try to take vitamins every day but I think I am not taking enough. I think the most vitamin for our body is vitamin D. Vitamin D helps our bodies to produce natural antibiotics that help increase our resistance to flu, colds, HIV, etc. I think the most effective vitamins for our bodies are in vegetables and fruits. If I eat enough vegetables and fruits I do not need supplement vitamins. Sometimes it is good to take supplement vitamins when you do not eat enough vegetables and fruits; that is when a supplement is good for you. If you do not take enough vitamins your body becomes weak, you are sleepy, and do not have energy for anything. But if you take enough vitamins, you do have energy to do things, you will sleep and concentrate better. Vitamins are a basic principle support for our bodies to be healthy.

I try to take vitamins every day because vitamins are very important for my general state of health. In order to take vitamins I eat fruits and vegetables and foods fortified with vitamins. I realize that many products are grown on various supplements and vitamins they not have any vitamins so I also take vitamin pills. I think my body needs more vitamins useful because I'm an active lifestyle and I need a lot of energy. Vitamins are an essential part of our diet because I am always attentive to what I eat.

Despite the fact that I live in America and I can not take vitamins every day, I think that a more in Ukraine I ate natural foods with vitamins. It is associated with the fact that the United States uses a lot of genetically modified foods. These are products such as milk, meat, vegetables and fruits. Of course I can replace them with pills but it is not as useful natural products. So I think it's better to eat less cheap food and eat more organic vegetables and fruits are where the full range of nutrients and vitamins are.

Our body need different vitamins and proteins to grow up, so I get enough vitamins every day by eating different natural foods, vegetables and fruits. The most important vitamin, that we need daily are, Iron, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin B12 and omega3. We can get all of them from daily meats such as Fruits, vegetables meat, milk, eggs and fish. I believe taking extra vitamins by the taking pill and using medicines is not good. I didn’t, like pills and Madisen. I think, if we use Madisen, it make good one part of our body but taint another part of body, so even if doctor say to me eat vitamin, I don’t eat vitamin and supply it through food and vegetable and fruits.

People don't get enough vitamins every day. The food does not have enough vitamins we need. I think there is no the most important vitamin. Each of them is very important. I would like to study vitamins and to learn more about healthy diet. I think it is important to take vitamin supplements, because they can provide us with all vitamins and minerals we need. I guess, people who do not take enough vitamins or vitamin-rich food have vitamin deficiency. But it is dangerous to take too many vitamins, because it may cause different disorders. The signs of vitamin deficiency are dry, rough, or cracked skin; reduced ability to taste, hear, and smell; skin rashes, anemia, loss of appetite, upset stomach, etc. We have to prevent that by having a balanced diet and taking vitamins.

I try to get enough vitamins every day. I get my vitamins through the healthy food that I eat. I also take vitamins, because I want to make sure that my body is getting all of the vitamins that it needs. Calcium is a very popular vitamin, but I think that all vitamins are very important. It's dangerous to take too many vitamins, that is why it's important to take only the recommended amount of vitamins. By taking a look at your body's health, you can easily determine if your getting enough vitamins in your system. The strength of your teeth, nails, bones, and hair can tell you if you need more vitamins. Vitamins can affect your mood because when your body is healthy, you are in a positive mood.

I don't like to take too much vitamins,because I like to eat food with enough vitamin.Sometimes when I don't feel good I take some vitamin.I think taking many vitamin is dangerous for your health.Eating vegetables and fruits it's a good way to take vitamin.Many year ago I had a vitamin deficiency and doctor advised me to take some vitamin.When I had this deficiency I felt powerless and without energy. I think the vitamin change the feeling of person.

I hope that I get enough vitamins every day. I think it's very important vitamins: vitamin C and D, iron and calcium. I never took vitamin supplements and I think it is better to eat organic foods. Of course when there is too many vitamins that bad. When a person has a deficiency of vitamins in the body is immediately noticeable. His skin becomes dry and constant fatigue. Vitamins change a person's feelings and raise the body's immunity.
