I don’t have a regular diet so I often ending up skipping meals every day and some time twice a day. It dose not bothers me at all and I don’t fell hungry if I do not eat regular. I newer count the calorie amount in the meal all I do to stay on healthy track is not eating after 6 pm and cutting down on treats that contain sugar or corn syrup in it .Also I don’t eat bread .Since I started attending college I usually eat in the cafeteria . My lunch cost me about $ 5 a day. I am not drinking coffee, even if am really tempted by it flavorful smell. I think it’s better to drink juice or wader instead. I am not a big fan of trying food from other counties , but some times if I found recipe that I like I giving it a try by preparing it at home .Most of all I like to eat salads , and I know more than 60 ways to prepare it. All of them is a good source of vitamins.

Yes. I usually eat three meals a day. Sometime I eat four and even five meals a day. It can depend from that what the day I have. If I work and don't have enough time I usually eat three meals a day, if it is Saturday or Sunday, I can eat more food. If I am not at home, I can skip the meal because I don't like to bring some food with myself to school, college or to work. I don't go to a buffet or another place because it is a little expensive for me. I've never counted any calories so far, when I was eating. I think it can get some headache. I eat bread every day. I am from Ukraine and my native country grows a lot of bread, that's why the bread is the basic food there. People like to eat bread in Ukraine. They even eat bread with potatoes. In Ukraine I used to ate food that was cooked at home and I am used to do it here, in the USA. I don't eat at the school cafeteria because I don't like smell from food there, but I sometime like to go to Chinese buffet. When I decide to go there I understand I am supposed to eat so mush food because it costs money. I don't like food from other countries very much, for example: clams, mussels, and food that was cocked in American restaurants. I don't like the sushi, but if it has red caviar, it's OK. I'd like the Ukrainian buffet to be opened in Sacramento. My favorite food is pelmeni, vareniki, that my wife cooks. And I like to eat pizza very much. Maybe I like all of food that is cooked very good. I like to drink Pepsi with food, but I do that not very often. I get fat from that, so I drink the water.

I am eating more than 3 meals a day, but only lunch is heaviest. Its keep my metabolism going. Usual I skip dinner and if I don’t have lunch then I eat dinner. I like to a cup of coffee in the morning. Also I have breakfast oatmeal. I don’t eat junk food. I don’t count calories when I eat. I stop eat after 7 pm. Also I cut down sugar and bread. I prepare meal myself and I am eating healthy food. I rarely eat at the cafeteria. I usually drink after any time my lunch or dinner. I never drink with food. I am very careful about food from different cultures. I can’t stand spicy and dairy food. However I like eat at restaurant beef steak and like Chinese food. I eat slowly and during a meal I stop eating before I feel full.

I usually eat three meals a day, but it isn’t a strong rule for me. Sometimes, I skip a breakfast or a lunch. For example, I have two meals a day on Mondays and Wednesdays. Each of these days, I have three ESL classes, so I eat one meal before classes, and I eat the second meal after classes.

Sometimes I eat three meals a day, but usually I only eat two meals. When I am at college I skip my lunch. At college I only eat some snacks or fruits. I never eat in the cafeteria. I never count my calories when I eat. I try and eat only healthy food and I don’t eat food that has a lot of fat. Sometimes I drink coffee in the morning. Usually I try and drink fresh juice or fresh smoothies that I blend at home. When I make a smoothie I add a lot of fruits to it and I also add a lot of spinach. When I was a child I ate bread with my meals, but now I don’t eat bread with my meals. I can only eat bread when I make a homemade sandwich. I like to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. I like to eat American fresh salads with ranch when I go to the restaurant. Sometimes I like to make this salad when I am at home, it’s my favorite food. I like to drink juices. My favorite juices are orange, apple and pineapple. I drink water the most because it is healthy for me.

I eat three meals a day.Sometimes I skip breakfast or lunch because of work or college,I've been having my meals in restaurants or cafeterias lately because of work,the company send me to different places to work and I don't bring food with me just some fruits or some beverages.I eat bread everyday with coffee,milk or juice and I don't count calories in my meals,I think I am in good shape and healthy because I eat fruit and vegetables with everymeal and I like to work out at gym every other night.Spending money in my meal don't bother me and it depends,I like to have what I want no matter how much it's going to cost and it depends how much time I have to spend in a good restaurant or sometimes I just have fastfood.I like trying different things in life and talking about food is not the exeption,I like american food,chinnese food, mexican food,peruvian food,etc.In general I like food from everywhere it just need to taste good no matter where it comes from,I prefer drink juice or iced tea instead of soda with my food.and finally talking about ingredients,to be honest I don't usually cook that is why I don't know what kind of ingredients people use for their food.

I have breakfast, it's coffee with bun. My lunch is soup, salad with chicken. And I have light meal at night. I don't eat bread. I never eat at the cafeteria. I don't count my calories when eating. I eat more vegetables and fruits because they contain many vitamins and minerals. Also, I drink a lot of water during the day. I know people who "snack" almost all day long. No wonder they have problem with their weight and associated health problems. I just eat when I'm hungry.

Food is an important part in our lives. It also is important that what type of food we eat. Eating the healthy food will make healthy person who was a larger life. Eating healthy food gives us lots of energy, so we can work hard and don’t feel tired. I have three meals a day and it’s important for me to eat fresh food for each meal.19 days a year, I’m fasting, so I just eat two meals .When I go shopping, I check the nutrition facts on them. I prefer to buy organic produce, but as we know those are very expensive. I don’t like fast food a lot, because they usually don’t have fresh and healthy food. Usually when my family or friends invite me to a restaurant, I just order their drink, but not their food. I also don’t drink coffee, because it has a lot of caffeine, and it’s not healthy. I think a glass fresh juice would be better that coffee .Three years ago I had to travel to Turkey .In this way I had to eat fast food .I always liked to eat new foods, but my children liked to eat the same food all the time. When I tried shrimps and octopus for the first time, I asked them about away that they cook them .They told me first you melt the butter then you should add some hot oil plus some spice in it, finally you can add shrimps and octopus in it ,and fry them. In summarize I believe that eating different and healthy food help us to have a longer and happier life.

I eat three meals a day , but not on a specific time , and some time I eat between these three meals as well , I don’t follow a specific program of what kind of food should I eat , I love delicious food , and I dont care about how much sugar or fat on the food that I eat , if it was yummy I will eat until I get full, and if it was not that good , I will be good be just tasting it , and as I work as an engineer , on my work station back there in my country , I eat a lot of restaurants food , the kind of food that I eat is eastern food , that you can find every were in the middle east , for an example Iraq , Syria , Iran , Turkey , etc.

I eat three or four meals a day because I like to eat . When I was young I didn't have a lot of food. It was a bad time in my life. For seven years I had problems with my health, I had stroke before. During the last seven years I have been eating food without cholesterol, and i took medicines, and now I feel better. In my life I never drank soda because it's bad for my health and i don't like it. In my country I used to drink green tea, and i like to drink to drink black tea. I never count calories in my life when i eat. Also I never eat at the cafeteria. I don't like it. I like to eat at home. Sometimes I skip meals. It is when I am sick or the food has a lot of cholesterol I eat bread every day. It is good for my health. I like it. Bread has protein, fiber, sodium and doesn't have a lot of cholesterol, and has good ingredients, organic whole wheat flour, filtered water, sea salt. My wife always buys organic bread. In this country organic bread is very expensive. I don't know how mush lunch costs in the school because my wife and I don't go to school. Sometimes I have coffee for breakfast. I like coffee better. I put a little salt into coffee yet. Sometime I have tea for breakfast. I like food from other countries. My favorite food is pilau. The ingredients are rice, salt, water, garlic, lamb meat, olive oil, pepper. This food is very delicious. My family and I enjoy eating it.

Unfortunately I don’t eat three meals a day. That's the breakfast for me, it just means coffee. It's very rare for me to miss one of the other two meals. I don’t count calories, but I check my weight daily. I like foods from foreign countries. Italian cuisine is my favorite. My favorite food is sea food with fettuccine and Alfredo sauce. And also I like French cuisine. It is very refined and sophisticated. I also enjoy traditional Romanian food. Especially when my mother coke. I left Romania two years ago and miss my mother cooked food. I can’t enumerate the ingredients of my favorite foods, because I do not know them all. I never had the curiosity to sit in the kitchen when someone prepares meals. One thing I know, I'm a glutton and I love delicious foods

I often try to eat three meals in a day but that is too hard to keep this plan and then I prefer when I am hungry I eat food.I know that is too bad eating out of time but sometimes I do it.I usually skip breakfast or drink a cup of tea for breakfast with a cake but I do not drink coffee for breakfast because when I drink coffee it can make me nervous.My life style for eating is not good I try to eat healthy but it is not enough.cartainly I eat breakfast with bread on weekend and sometimes my family and I go to a restaurant for lunch or dinner and also we drink cock or pepsi that it is not healthy.We like to eat pizza,a persion food who name is kabab,chicken with rice and like to go to howmtown buffet.when I am busy I do not think about eating jost I focus on my job or somethink else.On tuesday I am forcet to eat lunch on the campus.sometimes I eat subway and the other times I eat a pice of pizza.I did not try to eat of other food on the campus and also I have to eat there on some thursday.I do not like to try to eat food from other countries if I do not know what the ingredients are in that food.I never do not count calories or protein in the food I just try to eat enough that I do not start to gain weight.I instead to have to take vitamins from foods I take vitamins from pill.

Usually i eat more then tree meals a day, but i do eat tree meals a day. Sometimes i do skip some meals because i don't look how much a eat and how much calories did i gained. Yes i eat bread and i eat bread everyday because without bread i think food is not that delicious. When i was a child and i went to school i eat food in cafeteria. In Belarus when we used to go to school we didn't have to pay for food and now when my kids going to school they don't pay for food. They never told me that food in cafeterias is bad but they always saying that the food is so delicious. Now when they are in American school they always telling me that their stoic hearts. I think their stoic hearts because the food is not fresh. In Belarus at cafeteria we don't have to pay for lunch and there was three parts of food: first,second, and third. I usually like food from Chinese people, Especially at panda express.

I usually eat 2meals a day , I know !When a person want to eat health who has complete breakfast and lunch and doesn't have dinner, but I usually have lunch and dinner and if I have breakfast , it is very small because I don't like to eat in morning and I usually do my home work or house work in morning so I don't have enough time to eat complete breakfast. My husband and I think , when a family has dinner together , they can see each other and when they sit around the table they can speak about last time of day , morning until night. We think for a family it is a important thing.We like to eat together because we like to be together , so we usually go to the restaurant or cafeteria once or twice a week with our doughter in weekends or some nights and my husband and I always go to the college cafeteria for lunch on Tuesday and Thursday because we have class in morning until afternon . I need to count my foods calories but my husband dosen't need that .He likes to eat every things and I have a swimmer daughter , she needs to complete food too. I usually cook a complete food for them but I try to eat a little and I go to gym 2 or 3 days of the week .

Not always...I usually eat two times a day. Sometimes I eat three times a day.Every day it's different.Because one day i can go to work and working hard. Like this day when i working hard i spend to much power and consequently i need eat more food. If I stay home i have enough time I usually eat three meals a day. if it is Saturday or Sunday, I can eat not many foods. If I am not at home,I don't like to bring food with myself to work or to college.Sometimes I go to a buffet.I eating for example cake and drink juice. It's not expensive for me.I eating food carefully and leisurely. I've never eating food so far. I eat bread and drink milk every day. My sister making bread at home.Also she goto the store and buying milk for me. I always like traditional cooking food I very like borcsh and potato with fish.All the time i eat food with red paper or red ketchup. They even eat bread with potatoes.Eat in the restaurant it's expensive for me.But only sometimes i like to go to Chinese buffet.There i eating sushi. I like food from other countries too.I like american buffet.It's not expansive. Here i eating pizza chicken, fish and many another foods. I like to drink green tea and juice with food. Food is an important part in our lives. For some food is a source of pleasure,for other -a source of energy. For me food is a pleasant source of energy.I think pleant food is healthy food.I never count my calories when I eat my meals.I love all kinds of milk products,kefir,cottage cheeses from Germany,France or Swittzerland.I usually drink down food with natural juices or kvass.I do not buy in shops ready or seme-manufactured food products,because thisis un healthy.It is better to spend some time cooking,that to have problems with overweight and heart.

Usually I eat three meals a day. If I eat food with high amount of fats, I usually count my calories. But if the food I’m eating have low amount of fats, I don’t count my calories. When I’m eating my meals I usually don’t eat bread, but sometimes there are foods that you should eat bread, so I eat bread at that point. Sometimes I eat in the cafeterias. The lunch at school usually coast 10 dollars. When I take my breakfast I always have coffee, if I don’t, I feel sick. The foods from other countries are different, I usually don’t like other countries food, but the way they do it and what they put in it will change the taste of food. I like Pakistani’s food the most, because they put a lot of pepper in it and many different tastes. When I’m eating my food sometimes I like to drink soda, and sometimes I like to drink tea or coffee. If I like to drink soda with my food I will drink diet coke, diet coke is my favorite soda.

I really want to be able have 3 meals per day. I use to have that about ten years ago because my mother took good care of us at that time. It was really convenient to me to have someone else cook for me. Everything was easy then, right now it’s not harder than before but it’s good for me. I try to eat 3 healthy meals per day, but I can’t eat healthy all the time. I’m not that type of person to count my daily calories. I used to count the calories before, but right now I prefer to eat healthy food regardless of the calories. I try to buy organic food from healthy food stores. Buying health food is easy and fun. In the united state you have a lot of choices to buy and eat food. I’m ok with eating fast foods and I like eating in the restaurants. Sometimes we eat at the buffet, where there is nothing to stop you. It’s really hard to control yourself. I eat a lot when I go to the buffet.

Everybody likes to eat good testing food but not all food is good for our health.Also not any time is well for eating. I usually eat three times per day.I know that is more important to eat breakfast.The famous Russian commander Suvorov said"breakfast eat by yourself,lunch share with your friend and diner give your enemy"I agree with that words but it is too hard to keep regulations.Usually i don't eat breakfast just drink cup of coffee at the morning.I eat a small amount milt on lunch,but dinner is fool.I know it is bad but i like it that is my hobbit.I would like to keep a diet for loose some body weight but a can't.It is not too easy when you have busy life and when i get home at the evening from my job or from college i eat too much because i was hungry through the day.And every day i telling to myself that i shouldn't do that but it is repeating each evening.

Eating 3 meals a day is important in order to be healthy. However sometimes I may skip a meal if I was very busy and then eat one big meal. Also, mornings are sometimes very busy so I may skip breakfast and just eat lunch and dinner. I do not drink coffee. I do not eat bread everyday but I know it is important so I try to eat it sometimes at least. I have never eaten in the cafeteria except when I was in grade school. I don’t eat in cafeteria because I usually have few classes and then go straight home to eat. At home my wife waits for me with a lovely dinner. I don’t really like to try food from other countries but just eat what I know. I do not have a favorite food and when I eat I usually drink some sort of juice or water.

No I don't eat 3 meals a day because in the morning I only drink one cup of coffee around 7:00 am in the morning. And on Saturday through Sunday we wake up late about 9:00 am or 10:00 am in the morning. On the weekends we have an american breakfast, like: eggs, sausage, bacon, frech tosast and pancakes, and on Sunday we have something equal as Saturday. Monday-Friday an Noon I eat little snacks with water. I really eat a full meal around 5:00 pm. For dinner we uselly have rice, beens, potatoes, chicken mostly mexican food.

Yes, I usually eat three meals a day. My time to get up from Monday to Friday is at 7:00 a.m. At 8:20 a.m. I'm eating my breakfast, take orange juice, milk with cereal, another day a sandwich with eggs or ham, etc. I like coffee, but I don't as much drink now. When I get home from my work I always cook and prepare Peruvian food, salads and eat with fruit, and dessert. We eat lunch, my daughters and I, at 3:30 p.m. In the evening at 7:30 p.m. I serve a light meal, a glass of milk and cracker with cheese or jelly, or just yogurt and fruit. I never count calories when I eat, maybe I'm doing something wrong in this. Also, rarely I eat in the cafeteria, only when I'm extremely hungry. I eat at restaurants when it's my daughters birthdays or friends' birthdays. I like to eat a home cooked meal in my house most of the time.

I usually eat three times a day. However, it is not always and depends on my family's schedule. Also, as almost every mom I am a very busy person and sometimes I forget to have my meals. At about two o'clock my kids are taking nap and I remember that I have not eaten anything. I try to skip dinner to lose some weight, but it is not always possible because I have my frineds visiting me often enough. When I was a child and teen I was not taught about calories. In my country usually we do not count calories; so even tough I learned about it, I stil do not count the calories. Sometimes me and my husband go out for lunch for special occasion. I try do not go out so often because it is hard to control yourself, especially in the buffet. Mostly, my husband prefers to eat home made food, so I cook at home. My favorite drink is coffee. I drink it not only in the morning but also during the day. About food from different countires I knew just here in America. I really love different variety of food. I like Chinese, Italian, Japan, American, Russian food, and etc. With my favorite food shushi and pizza, I like to drink coke.

I don't always eat three meals a day. Ususally I eat when I'm hungry. The only meal I eat at the same time everyday is breakfast because I take my medications with it. For breakfast I like cereal with milk or some toast with jam and a cup of fruit tea. For lunch I often have soup. I like pasta, rice or potatoes with vegetables and salads. Sometimes, I eat meat or fish. Between lunch and dinner I can eat an apple. I have dinner before 6:00pm. I like cottage cheese with honey and a cup of milk. When I go to bed I have a glass of water. Sometimes I fast and don't eat an entire day. Fasting is a Spiritual practice in Christian religion. I never count calories when I eat. I don't like to go to restaurants or buffets. I go there very rarely, mostly when I'm out of town.

I have class in the morning then I go to work then in evening I have again classes, so it is hard sometimes to have three meals a day. Usually I have coffee for breakfast I like homemade coffee or from gas station. I never count calories I eat what I like even if is maybe fatty or sweet. I never eat at cafeteria I don’t have time and I prefer homemade food. I like Chinese and Japanese food because it a lot of varieties of sea food. When I am home I prefer to drink homemade wine or a beer but on buffets I have a Dr. Pepper.
