One day I ordered steak with a fresh salad and some fries. Was not a tough order.I did asked the steak medium rare.Any way the steak didn't come rare, and I sent it back. The second attempt was the same,I spoke to the owner and indicated I would accept any steak that had a slight hint or tinge of pink, and I canceled my order.I notice that every thing was coming out of the fridge or freezer and going into one or three microwaves. When I walked out, the waitress asked me if there was a problem , I said I can use my microwave at my home for free, and I never back to this resturan.

When I go to a restaurant, I complain if either food or service is bad. I rarely go to a restaurant. I prefer to cook and eat at home because I enjoy cooking and I like to eat fresh food. I only go if I have a success to celebrate for example: a birthday, anniversary or for a business purpose. Like everybody else, I expect excellent service and of course a very good food when I go to eat in a restaurant. A least one needs to cover my expectation either food or service. When they give me an excellent service and the food is okay, I do not complain. I only complain when booth service and food are bad. I rarely complain because I always go to very good restaurants. If I disagree on something, I like to leave a note to the waitress on the table or let the manager know. I like to go straight and point where they fail, that way they can improve their service or the way of cooking. This kind of complains helps them improve and have more customers. When I am in a restaurant I expect the best, food and service.

I had a case when I complained to the seller at the store because that it was horrible service. About two weeks ago I went to the store to buy food. This store is small but near my house. First when I went to the store salesman talking on the phone and I have not felt comfortable here. I wanted to buy mayonnaise but could not find an expiration date. Then I double asked the seller to help me understand the expiration date but he said that this mayonnaise is fresh. I had a few issues but the seller continued to talk on the phone. I finally did not buy everything I needed and I went home disappointed. Then I came home and realized that mayonnaise unfit for consumption. Then I went back to the store and complained to the Head of the store because that I believe that the customer is always right. After that incident, I always read the instruction products because not all sellers are honest and not all respect customers.

There was one time when I actually complained about food in a restaurant. This was like two years ago. I complained because the spaghetti they brought me had a fly in it. I think that I was right that I had made the choice to complain about that fly in my food because the workers of the restaurant should be more careful. Some people might think that I didn’t need to complain because everyone makes mistakes, but think about it. I don’t think you would jest take the food and eat it. You might even start screaming at that worker how prepared the food because it was their fault that they weren’t careful. It’s necessary to complain because the workers need to understand that they are responsible for making the client happy and that they are responsible for the client’s food too. I prefer to make complains in person, not on the telephone because then you can see the person eyes and see if they are sorry or not.

Actually I do not like to eat in public but sometimes I have dinner in the cafe. I do not remember a situation where I complained for the food or service. If in the future there will be a situation when I will be dissatisfied. I will not do big showdown. In such cases I am quiet and balanced. If I buy expired cheese I necessarily tell the manager. I believe that if as a result the client is not satisfied with the service it is sure to complain to the authorities.

One day when I went to the Olive Garden restaurant to have a nice dinner with my wife, I ordered a salad and bread sticks. When I began to eat my salad I noticed a hair in my salad. I stopped eating my salad and got the waiter and pointed to the hair in the salad. Right away he took my plate and salad bowl. He said that he was sorry for the hair in my salad, and that he would bring us a fresh bowl of salad. I think it is not necessary to make a complain. It is better to let the waiter know what is the problem with the food. At the end I will not win anything by complaining, it is better to stop and point out what is wrong with the food. It is only ok to complain when you do not get attention or good service. Because sometimes they forget you and go to other customers before they go to you. When I get bad service or food that I did not like, we do not return to that place.

A few years back, my friends and I were eating on the same restaurant. They had good and inexpensive food but there was one instance when one friend of mine found a live worm on her salad. It turned out that the kitchen attendant was new and was really not careful enough to wash the leafy vegetables. We definitely complained to the manager which made the other customers very alarmed. The manager was clearly ashamed and offered us another clean meal of our choice. My friend didn't want to accept the exchange and wanted to report it to the health inspectors since it was a clear negligence on their part. But at the end of it, the manager promised to give us free clean food for a week's lunch. My friend wasn't supposed to give in if not for her kind heart. We have dined there for almost two years and the place has become our favorite and we pitied the manager. So we agreed to the terms but also in exchange that they should see to it that the food has been cleaned thoroughly because if it did happen again. We won't be willing to negotiate this time.

I don’t like to do complain if I go to a restaurant and the food is bad or the service, I just don’t go back again. The customers not always right some people yeast like to complain. If someone is whit me and started complain, I tell them to stop because I don’t like to heard complains. Sometimes I have been angry at work, not every day is a good day. I think it is ok sometimes to complain at a store or restaurant but depends on the mistake. One of my reasons to not complains it is embarrassing. To avoid complain in a restaurant about the food, I would stay home and cook. When the place doesn’t do the job example: dishes, tables, floors etc. It’s necessary to write a letter of complains. In my country it’s common to complain when we receive a bad service.

I have never complained about the food in the restaurant because I always liked everything. I think that of course the customer is always right, but it should be fair. I believe that before you complain, you need to ask the employee to correct the situation. If the employee does not fulfill your request, only then you can contact the administrator. It is better to file a complaint in person. In our country, to complain about the bad service characteristic, but it is useless, because your problems no one will not be engaged.

I don't remember ever complaining about the food in a restaurant. I think that the costumer should be treated with respect, but every costumer can't always be right. If I don't really like something, I state my complaint clearly and politely to the waiter. You should bring the worker's attention to the problem, if it is something that can be fixed or improved. Criticism helps someone fix their faults. If I am at the place, that I want to make a complaint, I don't wait to make a phone call. It's better to make the problem known as soon as possible. Sometimes, I get a little angry when the cashier works very slowly. In my country, people aren't afraid to speak up, if something is bothering them.

Most people don't like to complain about food but sometimes we have to complain for something important especially food . Last year when I was in turkey ,my friend and I went in a small restaurant . We are order a kabob with a vegetable and lemon .we are started to eat .suddenly I found hair in vegetable , I closed my eyes and than picked up and threw out .my feel was bad . I don't want to see hair again , after a few minute I saw another one . I stopped to eat and I took a plate of vegetable and going to Garson . I explained every thing but he didn't believe it . He saw my plate and, he said : nothing in there .he makes me angry . I want to go when I want to pay for food , I said for him , I never back agin in this restaurant . If all restaurants had a good Service they can makes many customer for Permanently .

I think politely complain is necessary to improve a good service. If we don't complain, nobody does't attend to the problem and it will grow.

Sometimes I get angry about the restaurants’ service and foods, but I don’t ever complain about that in a restaurant. Because I think it doesn’t affect, and they will continue their own way. But, if I see one restaurant service or foods are not good, after that I don’t go to that restaurant, and tell my family and friends about the that restaurant service or foods.

I never complained in restaurants or stores with the waiters. I don't like to do that. I feel bad when I go to the restaurant whit somebody who like to complain to the waiters. I always think about that person who can't give me a good service. What if he or she is sick, or is new worker? I never complained with them even they don't give me a good service but I decided to go somewhere ells after that. It was never happened but I think the only logical reason to complain in restaurant is health problem. If I get sick after eating in the specific restaurant, I will call them to stop them to sell the bad food.

I remember a situation where I had confuse. I had visit in Ukraine and went to cafeteria. I ordered a cup of coffee, and a worker brought very small cup of coffee. I asked him if he had big. He said no, you can only order more. I didn't complain, I ordered more. In my country people usually didn't complain, they could only get angry.
